Great job. It's nice to see a pro building a shed right. Take the time to do it right the first time. And I'm glad to see someone using safty netting again.
Great video, I’ve erected many steel framed buildings myself, and built loads of pole barns, crash barrier barns etc Always easy when you have the right kit…. I once put a 60x30 steel frame building up with a case 580f digger and a Massey 575
5am morning coffee, watching the next instalment on the shed build, before a day of considerlbly smaller welding projects ahead myself. Great job Tom, loving the series 👍
Great video Tom and the extension looks very professional and don’t forget about the extractor fan or are you leaving it there and keep up with the great videos 👍👍
Having the right tools for the job makes a hell of a difference. Is the next video going to be the clearing the ground and setting up for Friday? You have a good team around you Tom. I wonder what your next project is going to be 😂
I’ve got safety Nike Air force 1’s 😂 I cut steel toe out of an old pair and put it in trainers it’s actually really comfortable and not as heavy as boots. 😎🚜
Shed looks great Tom! What exactly is that material you put on the roof? I dont think i've seen that in Canada before. Also, you may consider some sort of roof venting ovetop where your grain dryer will sit; think something like a cupola. Many dryers over here are under cover but the sheds tend to rot after a while without some sort of vent, with all the moisture and steam and such. Looks great though!
Great series Tom, thanks very much for brinign us along! Looking forward to the big pour for the slab! Obviously a lot of planning from yourself gone into measuring the steel and setting out the footings etc, but do you have to notify the local planning dept as well or are agri buildings exempt?
Hi Tom, recently started watching your channel and enjoy the content, great work on your shed extension. 👍 Do you own the farm or is it a family business, how big is tge farm and are you going to do a review on your new 8s massey? Cheers, Steve
Hell of an overlap on those sheets, was that intentional or got some cheap sheets😂. Soon made a usefull area. Bet those big timbers were bloody expensive

Your ability to do so much stuff one handed while filming amazes me

You don’t hang about Tom Lamb. New addition looks superb.
Later that evening, "It stayed up.... it's not fallen down!" 👀Tom's misses looks at him suspiciously..!!
Great job. It's nice to see a pro building a shed right. Take the time to do it right the first time. And I'm glad to see someone using safty netting again.

More to come!
Yooz yamma. Great advice to avoid sore paws.
Its the unwritten law all Farm concrete has to autographed by Cat or Dog.
Looks like a good time over here Tom, think I'll stick around for a while:-)
You should have shown us some video of you testing the safety net Tom.
Great progress Tom and team, looking forward to seeing the concrete floor going in :)
Excellent job Tom, when you do a job you really do a job 👌👍👍

Safety first, GREAT JOB! There is a horizontal connection between the vertical i-beams in the middle, but not at the end, i wonder why not?
good to test the saftey net, dropping a 100kg sack from the JCB

That has turned out well . Got to laugh at the netting would it save a man if he landed on it ?
Well that’s what it’s ment to be for
Great job and anther cool vid 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

No planning is needed for agri buildings
Tom Lamb. He's a roofer. 🤣

It’s just me and my dad
Yes probably will do in the summer
Hell of an overlap on those sheets, was that intentional or got some cheap sheets😂. Soon made a usefull area. Bet those big timbers were bloody expensive
I had a bit of a miss measurement on the first sheet
I finally put the roof on my shed, but now it thinks it's too good to hang out with the other sheds. Typical roof behavior.
Swedish timber 💪🏻
2:54 is it a good ratter?
Where do you get your doors from Tom? Building looks canny.
Will show in next video
