Firewall do you have it? Yes I have a wall of fire in my cockpit.
That's funny
"firewall'nt"
Fire wall? Who needs that😂😂
Brilliant lol lol
LMFAO 😂😂
Its funny how these all blow in first 5-10 meters. I remember watching these uphil races when i was kid and now im grown man and still enjoy watching these. Never gets old.
I was wondering how common this was as it looked like some janky mechanic work but I maybe looking at something I do not understand. This is the first I have ever seen this...
@@jeremyrobbins9064 Those are some super tuned engines mostly in saudi arabia. They kinda overtune these to get maxium power and sometimes those blow out. Im pretty sure this is mostly saudi arabia thing. These people really put effort and money to build these cars.
@@GuppyMilk334 Crazy stuff
@@GuppyMilk334 i love how those skylinish engine sounding like...but sadly it just blowing off
Borrowed Nissan patrols from here
The dude that jumped out with a fire suit and flip flops 😂
3:53 the helmet needs to be saved first. Luckily the fireproof flip flops did their job
I thought he was in there a long time, then he was bare foot??! 😳 WTF
You'd think they would make sure the firewall was actually fireproof...
@@situationunchanged9733 He's definitely wearing shoes.
@@benw1620 what’s a firewall? 😂
Dude was barefooted as welll LMAO
Thank you Peter, most amusing. They certainly do push the limits.
This is complete chaos and I love it.
5:42 HOT DAMN! That thing got the wheels spinning so fast that its actually smoking the tires... in SAND!
Jesus 😂
The roof sliding down the hill so smoothly LOL
4:23 That engine is built well.
On fire, blew up, rolled down the hill, sand in the everything, and it's still idling lmao
Im aware it wasn't the burning truck that was running btw, It sounded like it was idling, so I made the joke it was lol
@@MoonPawsz i actually tought it was for a second then realised
Worryingly lack of firewall between the engines and cab
Oh so that’s why it’s called a fire wall
Firewalls add unnecessary weight so they're not needed, obviously.
Well, but they have plenty of walls of fire to compensate.
I'm a big fan of the glamour shots of dudes in sunglasses.
BEST LUCK to you man! You do great job, hope things get better! ..
the extreme heat and pressures inside these motors must be insane. These guys go all out to.. the 2wd Toyota with some big paddles and a turbo v8 seems to be the way to go.
Do you Not know the difference between a Engine and Motor?
Different classes.
gotta love the guy at 9:55 never letting of the gas.
You can see his turbo glowing 😅😅
Give me fuel
Give me fire
Give me that which I desire .
Every BOOM costs tens of thousands of dollars.. 😱😱
Hundreds for sure
That's like your dropped coffee at Starbucks...
So...what is first prize? An urn?
Love these videos, thank you 😊 is it possible for aftermath videos in the future?
I like watching this versus the Imperial Sand Dunes Recreation Area (ISDRA) rail videos. It's interesting to see the differences and similarities.
That guy throwing hes helmet out of the burning car BEFORE he gets out, not very smart man....
At the time of panic, you cannot do anything. If he had a reason, he might feel suffocated
@@9iy They blow all their money on the engines and "forget" any kind of firesuppresant i assume🙄....
I think some one else was in there you see the drivers door flip back open before it exploded there was another person inside how else would driver door open on a up hill door should have kept shut it opened by some one watch it again
I bet they find and pull sand out for years. It's good to see the Southern and Western US rural culture has found a place in the hearts of the Middle East. Yal need to do swamp buggies or tractor pulls!
The mechanic in town that builds all these for these guys is making bank on those rebuilds
I love that the rules seem to allow almost any design. It is also astonishing that their is so much destruction and what appears to be incompetence. Writing particularly about the guy who bailed without shoes or a helmet. Would love to hear the full story there. Any chance of some follow up. That I would subscribe to 👍
Nothing compares to a rich Saudi and his even richer dad. With that said, I wish that these "races" were being run when I worked there in the late '80s. There just was nothing to do on their Thursday/Friday weekends except drink NA beer and watch tennis or soccer (yawnnnn) on TV when the temps were in the triple digits F.
this is in UAE
3:20 WIN!
5:00 good third try
5:10 BEAST! ...with bad driveshaft
9:10 BADASS ...almost
14:58 hard pull, wrong steer
15:20 fast start, cool jump
and other brave men
what have we learned today?! that firewalls with holes in them arent firewalls lol and how many motors died in the making of this video lmao
The crankshaft graveyard 🤣Awesome
Техника безопасности просто бесподобная!
nice collection of blown up engines... thanks Peter!
Hello Mr George....
The purpose of this sport isn't to make it up the hill but to see who can blow there motor the fastest.
Great compilation 👍👍
For the average person the cost of the caranage involved is more than most of us will earn haha...People think drag racing is crazy, they don't blow up as much as these guys
That's because a drag racing team has a (somehow) limited budget.
These guys don't. "Fix it. And get more power out of it! I need it ready tomorrow!"
They're running these engines super lean and that's walking a tightrope between big power and disaster.
The self promotion portraits are very interesting
Best way to show, where don't buy a engine ...😅
1:34 fire coming out the back window is nightmare fuel
Not sure what is going on alot of blown motors it is cool to see thanks for sharing
Imagine the volumes of air that are being forced into those engines, then try to imagine the damage being caused by all the sand being sucked in with that air.
Sorry I'm late but thank you again Peter. Wish you the best.
Do they use proper air filters when driving in this sand and dust?
I’m guessing fire suppression isn’t in the regulations? 🤣 is nitrous the cause of the fireballs?
Thats gotta be the case in some of these.
Шляпа Какая-то. Хоть кто нибудь проедет хотя-бы сто метров😢
I love how that one guy that's car caught fire is wearing full racing suite but drives whit no shoes
Such a crazy motorsport. I love it! This is where all of our fuel money goes 😂.
Awesome video, thx
What are these usually specced at?
Excelente, están re locos pero divertido y mucha adrenalina, motores a pleno!!!
These things are a handful. looks like fun.
Perhaps it's not as easy to build a giant motor as these guys thought.
Well they are making 4,000 to 10,000hp so long life was never in the cards. Believe they know what they are doing. The lack of air filters shows they dont care anyway.
@@outkast187 mmmmm I'm not so sure they "know what they're doing" a few too many fiery engine failures for that comment.
@@life_of_riley88 yeah because you're watching a video of all the failures. he mentioned that if he put every run in a video it would be 2 hours long, so he only puts in the spectacular runs (either fast time, sketchy run, or mechanical failures)
@@chE3z1 Still a lot of engine failures.
Its also the worst kind of track to run on. You have a steep angle that messes with oiling, an un even surface that constantly unloads the tires and jacks your rpm, and god help your bearings if sand gets in your engine...
Jävligt proffsiga säkerhetsarrangemang 😵💫
Galningar!
Men har du ikke sett arab drifting? 😅
crashing and rolling UPHILL is a crazy skill in and of itself.
Less of a hillclimb, more like a fireworks display!
Both front drive shafts?
Great video!
They should call these trucks “Bottle Rockets”
1. Aim
2. Lite
3. Accelerate a few feet in some direction
4. Then explode!
Or name these trucks “Piccolo Pete’s”
They make a lot of noise and sparks but don’t go anywhere
That's hilarious
Your comment must be pinned ... 😂😂😂
A lot of power is a understatement 😂
2:54 how high did that thing rev???
that sounds like 12k to 13k rpm
11:24 that truck couldn't pull the hat off of my head!!!
The red one burnt so fast. He got out just as fast to luckily 🤘
The good thing about this kind of racing is when you blow an engine there's not a lot of track prep necessary before the next run.
im just gonna a second to take in this , my guy flipped his car going UPWARDS
that is alot of energy. id hate to see that same force the oppose way o.O
Nice selection of car-becues!!
Wear a fire suit.. But no shoes… 😂
The engine is powerful and works at full capacity. Great.
Yes, but all engine have limit... ,
7:27 Sand and engines definitely don't mix. Always amazes me that they actually run these with just open turbos and not have at least some basic screen or at least a deflector so it doesn't try and gobble up the desert when it plows in.
Thats literally whats happening
Their arabs they have no fear and their crazy lol
I also mean no disrespect they actually are mental as you see you have to be to drive those death machines look fun though
How many rpm’s? All of them.
There has to be a safe way to mount fire suppression systems on the firewall in the engine compartment. Hopefully they have them in the driver compartment.
This is what happens when you get all your performance engine parts from WISH.
Sad all those bad trucks blowing up or burning I hope everyone is all right but love the racing and the turbo big engines
Is the volvoghini still on track 😁?
What goes up must come down, just got to hope it is under your control.😮
Yesterday I saw,I saw,a bi turbo camel braking all climbing records,I swear ...I'm dreaming...need to change my vodka brand!
I like the pictures of themselves I would love to do that lol!
mind blowing that they dont use airfilter
A basic fire suppression system would save these people so much
I only noticed 2 trucks that burnt up.
@@sergev7828 2 trucks that shouldn’t have burned *
The way I understood it u meant most of the ppl need it. Idk but when u say "these ppl" kinda implys most of the ppl. My mistake if I misunderstood
Ощущение что они их собрали и сразу поехали без испытаний)
Well at least you don’t have to wait for them to clean the oil from the track.
Hell yeah I wanna ride!
Less RPM, more paddle tires, new world record…
Holy hell. I never seen this kind of racing. This is amazing. Where is this ... Just subscribed from Texas
Over near Dubai that area..
UAE
@@rebekahfrench5747 Ty. That is some crazy up hill racing
Situated in Abu Dhabi’s majestic Al Dhafra region, Tel Moreeb is considered by many to be the world's tallest sand dune, at over 300 metres high, with its 50-degree incline making it a prime destination for motorsports enthusiasts. Every February, the region's most powerful four-wheel drives, quad bikes and dirt bikes compete in the Moreeb Hill Climb event, which is part of the Liwa International Festival. It's well worth the trip to Al Dhafra to check this out, especially if you’re looking for an authentic Abu Dhabi experience. The large flat area at the dune’s base is dedicated to competitors and spectators.
@@HaithamAli-fy8vo Tell those guys to check out Steve Morris SMX twin turbo motors from the US
it's funny to watch but at the same time my heart hurts...
I can't go to this place, but ty for showing how its done. Wild child..
lool from thumbnail i thought its another russian tank burning so i didnt check but now i noticed its peters video :D
Where is this at in camel-land?
How do you break driveshafts in sand? There shouldn’t be enough traction to break anything.
The sand was angry that day!
Thanks for the content!
This is like watching American drag racing and all the cars blow-up and never make it down the track. That would get boring real quick.
Would love to have a tachometer at the bottom of the screen. I’m sure I wouldn’t believe it even if there was. Insane RPMs.
3w❤
After they done blowing up their engines, they blowing up your phone lines spamming US citizens about their car warranties lol😂
How tf do these crazy guys control these? Like the acceleration omg 😮😮😮😮😮😊
disqualified if your engine doesn't blow up?
Biggest fireball takes it all ...😅
Can anyone enlighten me as to what these SUVs are, and what are the base engines? There seems to be either a V8 or some kind or a 4cyl with crazy ass turbos?
Noe for Volvorghini?
Money is obviously not a problem here😮
Fact: a dually can climb steep objects like sandhills
I know this wasn't every competitor. But I feel like the ratio of those who dont make it is higher than those that do.
When they aren't blowing up, how long do these motors last running no air filter in this environment??
They aren’t meant to last, only for these kind of events after that they get rebuilt. Even with an air filter with the amount of power that they make they aren’t sustainable.
They handgrenade before the sand gets time to rub anything out..🤣🤣🤣
@@OOOOOOOOOOOOO How much power do they make?
Making cars that blow up for work and play.
This video should be on the Wikipedia page for "Valve Float" xD
whats the point of not running air filters ive noticed 70% of engine failer from sucking sand in
Maybe, just maybe, a field trip to Iceland and formula offroad could help???
To cold, these guys need it hot ...😅
Goodness. I didn't know this was a thing, lol
I feel like they are exceeding the red line by just a tad and the engines go into disassembly mode
