He does it without exaggerating the impersonation which so many people do. Masterful.
That's so true. Even his "Hoohah" wasn't exaggerated. Lol
Those impressions are great because they're natural. He does the real Pacino, not a caricature.
Yeah, I think that's why many people in the comments think some of them are bad, they are too used to all the awful and over the top, Scent of a Woman, impressions people do
Agreed. Baldwin is good too
There have been so many OUTSTANDING Pacino impressions but I'm most IN AWE of this one. I'll tell you why.
It's one thing to do a generic Pacino and crack some spontaneous joke as that character, which in itself impressive. Titus is the only person I've ever seen (and believe me I've seen countless Pacino impressions) who does 3 different vocal registers of Pacino. The artistry does NOT stop there. He adapts each according to the scenario/context given and still makes some coherent points! Furthermore - and this is my favorite - he does not fall for the usual traps that Pacino impersonators usually fall into, nor does he exaggerate the impressions to make it seem more obvious. To top it all off, HE DID NOT YELL at any point. So many Pacino impersonators feel their impression is incomplete without Pacino's iconic yelling, but Titus completely avoids that and brings it down to a conversational Pacino. Impersonation skill level: Simply The Best.
That was freaking amazing. The way he said “athlete” was phenomenal.
Titus definitely nails Pacino’s voice thru the Era’s
*eras
@@fezzik7619 no, he meant through era is
Right
Rich was clearly trying to set him up for the loud reactionary version and he evaded it deftly. Impressed
Titus isn't a comedian. He knows what he can and can't do. And also, it's more accurate in terms of playing the character of Al Pacino that he wouldn't be that loud guy he plays in the movies. He's never shown to be anything like his loud characters in real life. He's a calm and quiet, introspective guy generally.
@@TheGeorgeD13 he can do the loud version if he felt like it. That’s the easy thing everyone else does.
@@MaximumCarne but its also the fun version
Titus was awesome in Deadwood. He is highly underrated.
Many seasons of Bosch, would say he's not at all underated
@@johnjones1534 perhaps unknown and under appreciated is more like it. Most people have never heard of him, have never heard of Bosch, and have never seen Deadwood. Everyone who has heard of him thinks highly of him.
So upset he decided not to come back for the movie tho, Silas Adams was a great character.
Then there was sons of anarchy
I HATED him in Sons of Anarchy, signs of a great actor for me.
I had never heard of Titus Welliver, but he is brilliant! So understated, just masterful. Different decades of Pacino... brilliant!
He has been in a lot of shows. It is the beard that is throwing you off.
Hamm's #2 in The Town
@@BranchTwiggington No I haven't. I don't watch many series, more movies.
@@rulinghabshe was awesome in SONS OF ANARCHY as Jimmy O'Fallen!!!!!!!
I love how “modern” Pacino is “scent of Woman “ and forward, which came out 30 years ago
That is the best al pacino impression I have ever heard.. i thought craig gass was the master impressionist of al pacino but Titus welliver nails it from young al pacino to older al pacino....
Titus passed a really tough test.
I love him, he is a great actor. The new series Bosch, Legend is even better than the original which was superb.
Agreed 👍🏿
Does it pick up? I watched the first episode and was frankly a little bored and I LOVED Bosch.
@@reneskyggebjerg2092 Yes, keep watching.
Some of the best Pacino I've heard! Simply awesome!!! The 90's Pacino was amazing!!!
Man such an underrated actor
Love his Harry Bosch character 🔥🔥
Kevin Pollak had the same setup for Titus 10+ years ago. Give Kevin the credit for the setup and Titus for bringing it home as always.
Always the best Pacino. It's unmistakeable that he conjures him from a place of deep respect & admiration.
Very impressive. I'd like to hear the louder Heat/Any Given Sunday/Devil's Advocate Pacino.
Titus is just a fantastic actor. Very under rated.
Love Titus! Really good at his craft. Bosch is amazing.
Wow, Titus channels Pacino, amazing.
We've binged Bosch twice through the years. This guy is great!!
Very enjoyable THANKS
Killed it 💯
Wow! Great!! Thank you!
I found Bosch just a few weeks ago and was hooked from the first scene...what a tremendous show and actors and writing. Mr. Welliver's Harry Bosch character is probably my favorite TV or Film character ever. I was so sad when he turned in his badge and i realized I had come to the last episode.
Amazing! Makes me admire Titus even more!
It's the man in black from Lost!!!!❤❤❤
Loved it!!!
That was Awesome!!
Great impressions!! Amazing!! Great actor for decades!! Never knew he did impressions!! Lol
Wow he’s a real student of Al Pacino movies
Titus is brilliant. Fun man. This was so good.
Bosch is for this generation what Magnum P.I. and Colombo were to other generations! Great character with some amazing writing by Michael Connelly. FYI: If you want to see Titus do some more amazing impressions of Pacino check out his back and forth with Kevin Pollak. Hilarious! 👍
Just plain brilliant!!
Eisen does a great imitation of a sports journalist.
Meh
Amazing, outstanding, impressive!
Pretty goddamn great.
That was incredible. Lol. Great impressions.
Absolute Gold !!!
Would’ve loved to have seen him approach And Justice For All/Cruising Pacino where his young voice was slowly starting to morph into what it would become haha
Definitely!
Excellent!
Bosch is one of my all time favorite show. Titus is vey underrated.
Perfect. Chefs kiss
Great gobs of goose grease! Titus absolutely rules with his impressions!
He nailed it
That was ducking brilliant
My favourite actor hands down
I love Bosch, miss that show. Titus Welliver is a fantastic actor.
So good
WOW THAT IS UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!
Just plain wow !
You gotta love Harry Bosch
Brilliant impressions!
Best Pacino impression I have heard.
Wow.. What a find. Heard about this on the Audible Bosch podcasts.
Love Titus Welliver!
That was amazing!!! The best Pacino ever
INCREDIBLE
Wow! Amazing! ….if you can get him doing Al Pacino and Dan Soder doing Macho Man Savage and have a conversation. PRICELESS!
That is AMAZING!!!
There's a video from Deadwood where he does Pacino, David Milch, Robert Duvall, and others.
Wow that’s just amazing
Good actor. Loved him in Son’s of Anarchy
LOL! Flawless as usual. Titus also does a perfect Christopher Walken,
We were high school friends with his first wife , Heather. We were over their apartment once in NYC for a party. He was a really nice guy but not well known. I think he was on "Matlock" and a few other TV shows at that time (late 1980s?) . They lived across the street from the HELLS ANGELS headquarters . I remember them telling me he was best friends with Jack Klugman's son Adam. Adam looks and talks just like Jack (they told us) . Decades go by without any thought of him (I don't watch any TV shows) and then suddenly he has his own series !
Very, very good.
Brilliant impression Brilliant actor
Wow...THAT was impressive. I mean, I don't think there's really anyone in the history of impressions who's done a celebrity's voice as they age, not to mention how super spot they were. Damn.
Phenomenal!
How can you have this man in your studio and not ask for Scarface Pacino?
That would have been a Tony Montana impression.
That was so good
Titus Welliver? I thought that was Bert
Kreischer 🤣
Same. I thought it was the machine!
Amazing bro
Well done.
He did this years ago with kevin pollack. Great impressions
I needed him to do a Pacino from Any Given Sunday, lol. Titus did Pacino very well.
Incredible! So convincing.....
My face literally hurts from smiling for four and a half minutes
Just brilliant 🤣
Absolute perfection, times three.
Best i impression of Pacino i ever seen. 😄👍
Crushed all 3. Last one was the best
Titus has the Godfather 1&2 Michael Coleone-Al Pacino voice that is effortless.
Top impression!
Awesome
Bosch, Sons of Anarchy, Deadwood. Incredible actor. Looking forward to more Bosch: Legacy.
Welcome to the zoom room! Hooahhh!!
Excellent impression 😂
Amazing.
Pure gold
Amazing
Brilliant
He’s a real talent.
I lovvvvveeeeeeeeeeee Bosch..amazing character for this guy. This guy is the boss!
I love Titus' laugh. It is so earnest. I just started watching Bosch for the first time last week. Great show and he is awesome in it. He really needs to do a buddy cop comedy though where he is the NOT the straight man. Team him up with somebody younger like Zachary Levi or someone like that and let the young guy be the straight man. Think "The Other Guys" but actually good.
Magnificent. What else can one say ? Just think of the talent that was gathered for Deadwood, a show I consider to be the greatest writing in the English language since Shakespeare.
"It must be the procession of years and wanton leakage"
This guy has it down to the tee👍✌️
This guy is so underated!!
Best pacino impression ever
Amazing actor man
so good
👍
