Such a shame I cannot find any proper full feature documentaries on Siouxsie and the Banshees. I've only been able to find short clips of someone else talking about them. You'd think by now there would at least be a couple of official ones floating around. Too much to hope for I guess.
Interestingly enough, Siouxsie confessed that her favorite colors are black and gold. Hence, the simply gorgeous, evocative artwork for the era of A Kiss In The Dreamhouse...without question, my favorite album cover of theirs, and it was Siouxsie's idea. My interest and love of Gustav Kilmt got started, unbeknownst to me at the time, in 1985, when I beheld the album for the first time. Haven't been the same since. Peter, my (Banshees & Other Creatures) friend, as always, thank you for this. What stuck me while watching this last year was how much Siouxsie has remained virtually the same visually and artistically. Patiently awaiting the next epic in her musical saga...
That fan's comment is quite interesting and relatable. FWIW, I actually found the B52's Planet Claire genuinely scary/spooky the first time I heard it.
I think Siouxsie was sexy she was just was very strong and assertive and in control. But she had a haughty glamour about her and was never one of the boys.
Never felt frightened at all. Just massively enchanted.
Once you have had that groove etched into your brain it doesn't go away.... years later, and yer straight back in there. Siouxsie is Magic.

Check out Banshees and other Creatures!
They never over saturated themselves in the media. I think that's why they still fascinate people.
I want that dress she's wearing in Spellbound, it's my favorite color. Yellow and black look amazing together

Queen
The "fan" in this video reveals more about his own inner life regarding Siouxsie than he reveals any "truth" about Siouxsie.
this comes from a movie entitled "The Fans' Story", so obviously it deals with the fans instead of the icon.
My comment never questions that obvious fact. Why'd you bother even making such an irrelevant remark?
either you're a bad troll or just stupid.
Invective is the last refuge of the dishonest.
He's only gonna talk about what he knows.. and he did give some common truths about siouxsie in the beginning. He only got anecdotal at the very end
