Underrated video. No bullshit 5 minute intro, no bullshit sponsored segment that is half the video. Keep up the good work man. I've heard of this company before but haven't seen any big reviewers test it on the iPhone 15 Pro. Definitely going to get one for my phone now. Thanks man!
Thanks ZJ, you helped answer a question I've had about this lens. How sharp and/or soft is it? Of course, I also have the same question about the Sandmarc 2X add-on lens for iPhone. Your video does show how soft the images made through the Sandmarc 6X are.
I'm delving into photography and recently upgraded to the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I'm heading to Monument Valley, particularly Forest Gump Point, to capture some stunning shots. Do you have any advice on bringing the background closer? Also, I'm considering investing in a telephoto lens. Any recommendations?
It’s definitely fun to shoot with and pretty cool to get so much reach on a phone, so I’d say it’s worth it for folks who want to shoot telephoto shots on their iPhone and are fine with the drop in image quality
Good question. I’m not totally sure as I haven’t yet used any filters with Sandmarc lenses, but I think it is 43mm when using their filter mount. You might want to reach out to Sandmarc directly and get more specifics about it so you know for sure.
Check the video description for gear discounts. Thanks for watching!

Is there any better telephoto lense you would recommend? I really want clear videos.
Not that I’m aware of for phone cameras. If you want better telephoto image quality, using a dedicated camera/lens is the way to go
I have a question. I am currently using iphone 14. Can I use this lens in the cinematic mode?
I just tested on my 16pro and the Sandmarc lens worked with the main iPhone lens in cinematic mode
What about if you buy another iPhone? Do they sell the case only for any model?
Yes they sell cases for a lot of different iPhone models
Hey, I can’t find that 3rd party app and when I put in my 6x sandmarc lense but my camera it’s not focus for some reason. Can you help please?

Is it really worth it,

@@ZJMichaelshow much drop quality will be there?
Hard to quantify that, but there are many example shots in the video to illustrate the quality

What size filter does the 6x telephoto lens accept?

What a beautiful city?)
Nice but a bit more "how to" would have made it even better.
