This is me filming, so yes, I will still using me... but I totally love the critique and this was my very first video with zero experience or knowledge as to how to use a camera. I was terrible! But I am trying to improve a little each time.
Signs everywhere saying 'do not sit on furniture ' would make me turn right around and back out that door. To get a sense of "home" you need the sit down, soak in the room, get comfortable. When my son went straight to a bedroom and played with his toy, it instantly felt like home.
I totally agree with you. "Home" isn't a house or furniture but rather how you feel. In this case, with this home, it was an entry in the Parade of Homes where 20k people are going through the home over a 2 week period and while the vast majority of visitors are respectful, it's the few that ruin it. Also, the furniture is staged by a 3rd party staging / design company to promote their business.
I absolutely agree!😁 This is my very first home that I filmed and I'm certainly no videographer but I'm getting just a little better each time. I would love to hear your feedback or anyone else's for that matter so that i can improve quickly.
The decorators need to play it down. Keep in mind most people now lean into the minimalist look. Stepping into a home that looks like my grandmothers home or the cracker barrel makes me want to run.
There's certainly no such thing as a style for everyone, and that's awesome because it would be awfully boring if we all liked the same things. I like more of a minimalist style myself too.

enjoyed this tour, for anyone complaining about the filming just watch the video in 0.75 playback speed and keep it pushing :)
Thanks for that! This was my first video with a camera that I had no idea how to use and it shows!
Wow what an amazing place 🤩
It really is!
God bless🙏 usa🇺🇸..,

There's no way in hell I would ever pay that much for that house! Home prices are outta control.
99% of people wouldn't for sure, but someONE did pay exactly that price so to them, it was worth it and ultimately that's all it takes.
@@scottdsteele .....someone with more money than common sense.

This is way too expensive. Sickening actually
I know, Utah real estate has skyrocketed and just 10 years ago, I myself couldn't have imagined this.
Camera man you need more practice
