Many of us have witnessed our loved ones being destroyed by Cancer..Dave lived and ended his life the way he wanted and it’s not for anyone else to judge. I wish you all health and happiness this Christmas.
Dave gave me inspiration to get off my arse to be honest, doesn't matter if your cleaning a toilet or re wiring a house or making buttys for homeless people just put a shift in doing something !!!
I met Dave Courtney a complete Gentleman been to one of his parties after a rave I will always remember walking the hallway and see the pictures that lined his hallway bless it takes a brave man to take his life he was not going to die without dignity I understand why he did still hurts I remember those parties In Camelot 🏰
I never n Met dave but seen all the documentaries on him to what ive seen he was a legend and to Brendan your also a legend to be there for bim im 51 but loyalty is not whst it was Brendan I wish ihad friend like you i you best wishes with your wedding all the best mate your a great legend
Quality fella's. Didn't know Dave but I got my pal tickets for Arsenal at Charlton many moons ago, he was sat next to Dave and then Van Persie scored that volley. All the Charlton lot were going mad and he looked round and saw Dave laughing and they shared some nice words as my pal was getting thrown out. RIP Dave and happy Christmas and a prosperous new year to all his kin.
You cannot help but warm to Brendan with his lovely personality. Also good mates with my football hero Alan Hudson. Take care Brendan and hopefully hear good things from you in 2025

I was at that game I remember that happening and van Persie volley was 1 of the best goals I’ve ever seen at the valley 😂
