Court Etiquette in Australia
Going to court can be daunting. Having an idea of what to expect will ensure that you are prepared and know how to behave appropriately.
Courts are formal places and certain rules of etiquette apply to anyone who enters as is the case in any other formal setting such as workplaces and educational facilities.
You are expected to be respectful and you must behave appropriately at all times. You may be asked by the magistrate or judge to leave the court if you dress or behave inappropriately. If your behavior disrupts proceedings, you could also be fined or sent to jail.
When going to court, make sure you are punctual and arrive before the scheduled time. You can find the correct courtroom by reading the notice boards and television screens at the courthouse or by asking someone at the registry counter. These are usually located in the court’s foyer.

I believe there is a huge and important difference between the notion of respect and the mandates of etiquette. Respect, in its own right, can never be demanded or required by rules. Only earned! If you want respect, you need to be respectable, very simply. Being bound by rules of conduct in a court setting therefore deviates from this ideal and while most people are certainly compliant, anyone who demands respect usually does not deserve it. Regardless of how much authority you hold. I could be totally compliant with the mandated etiquette of court whilst still bearing a sentiment of absolute contempt toward the juror if I feel that it is the impression they have made on me warrants it, though I hope the opposite can be achieved.

Anyone who ever goes to court must be aware of what happened to us.
Our neighbour wanted a fence which was higher than those in the planning scheme. She alleged that my uncle was "stalking" her and needed "privacy", so she got a female police officer to FALSIFY a mediation assessment and had it accepted as a REAL document no less than 6 times, 3 times by the same magistrate - Richard Pithouse.
On the document my uncle's name was misspelt and he wasn't even in the same city when it was created. The Victorian courts are CORRUPT be aware of this! Despite informing IBAC they took no action whatsoever.

8, Life is not going to be easy. Because of our unnecessary things. Eliminate all the unnecessary things as much as you can by organising yourself well with the environments.
9, Never believe anything without the proper evidences.
10, Always try to give more than you take.
Because it is dignity/ character of the divinity within you.
🌎 As long as people continue to see themselves as separate from everything else, they lend themselves to being completely enslaved. Success depends on how well we relate to everything around us. People abilities may vary but not there true love. If we love a person/ God for a reason then we love the reason but not the person. No reason is the reason to love the person because true love never fails. So do not compare or measure the true love as first or the last but love all truly. If you love people truly then you can understand people. If you don't love then you don't understand people at all.

Because of the Money System based on profits motive only above all else even humans lives and well-being. So, we do not have freedom to protect our values with the money so on. The violence, bankruptcy & all the negativities are build into the Monetary System of our society. All are owned (including ourselves) by Reserve Bank. Which is private cartel the corporation. So, in legal system, we are legally considered as chattel the properties. They make money in the capital markets with our birth certificates. They do not consider us as Humans. That's the truth. We are at the invisible war with the Elites (Corporatocracies). We have to fight for our Freedom. Resource Based Economy is the Solution. We have to declare the earth resources as the heritage of all the people of this world. So everyone has access to it. Please have your research about zeitgeist movement then you know the truth more.

Why would medical doctors who studied medicine and practice medicine and are heavily funded by pharmaceutical companies why would they go and look into vitamins? That they never had the answer orthomolecular. And as more and more of our population start taking their health into their own hands, there's going to be even more and more of changes. 😊 Well, I truly love God. I am not religious but very spiritual person. So, I believe 1) Religion is the beliefs in someone experiences But spirituality is having my own experiences. The mainstream religions people promote religious ideology by giving guidelines and guide but In my spiritual life; I do not want anyone or anything between God and me to restrict my freedom to worship God. 2) We do not need any authorities to do good work. The god work is the good work always. In contrast; organised mainstream religions are claiming that they have the authorities to do God works as leaders so on. 3) God is not capable of doing wrong thing, change the past for us and create anything out of nothing for us. Nothing means not anything. So, even God is limited. The mainstream religious people believe that God is unlimited. 4) God wants us to take responsibilities for our righteousness life but not for all the consequences of our actions because they are continued to exist among us. So, How can god punish us for all our consequences? The mainstream religious people believe we are full of sins because of all our actions. 5) Freewill is an illusion. People always choose the perceived path of greatest pleasure. So, we do not have choices all the time. In contrast teachings of the mainstream religions are promoting people to do god's will always because we all have choices of freewill always. 6) We can not separate everything into groups. So, everything for good and evil and there's no success and failure for everything. If everything is real then real things can not be threatened. Once you come to understand that God/The Holy Spirit is in each of us, You will no longer need a Book to tell you how to live. Then why we need religious scriptures? The Virtue is the expression of the basic goodness in our actions. The Basic goodness is the fundamental worthiness of every individuals. We are worthy to God always in everything. 7) Beliefs in a cruel God makes a cruel man. No matter what; every living creatures has the right to live and What makes their life cheap? Everything depends on everything. Nothing too big or too small in value. We can not love and hate at the same time; Being a vegetarian means love without cruelty happily. The mainstream religious people are killing people and sacrificing animals in the name of God. They promote God's cruel punishments. The Punishment is endless for Sinners/Devil according to religious scriptures. But God is love always. Overcome hate with love. If all religions for peace, unity? No way. Because they are not for peace. 8) Well, The God gave us everything to go from moment to moment in our lives as we do our part and pray only to thank god then the Love is in progress. The Love is always for everyone. We are always worthy of the God's love. Our greatest fear is; not to be loved by anyone but we are all loved by someone. When we eliminate all our unnecessary differences among us then true peaceful life is possible with the true love. If we can't find the peace within ourselves then we will never find it anywhere else. 9) This is the Fight for independence and freedom of humanity to worship God freely without religious guide and guidelines to restrict us. I applied for an APVO. The defendant wasn't served by police. I asked with total naivety " Should I serve the person, the local judge responded aggressively and rudely " No sir, police job sir, your time is more valuable than anyone here, isn't sir? " He told the court he rescheduled for 2 weeks when he scheduled it for 3 weeks. I returned on the 3rd week and the case had been withdrawn, obviously for not attending the previous week because the judge perhaps lied in court? I had to re-apply while the habitual offender continued intimidating, stalking and harassing my family. First time in my life I realized why vigilantes exist. Also, the thought that judges can behave on a whim, is scary. I was respectful in all ways addressed in the above video.
Just went to magistrates court in Melbourne for a uni assignment. Don't stress too much about dress code if you're just there as a spectator, my friend showed up in a hoodie, leggings and thongs and was fine.
Your friend is an idiot and is lucky the magistrate was busy and didn't notice. Do NOT play russian roulette with the dress code, if you get a grumpy magistrate you're done. Although it takes some serious trash to think a hoodie, leggings and thongs are acceptable in a court, or anywhere besides their backyard. I suspect your friend has greater issues to worry about; like evaluating her life choices as to why that's the best clothing she has available.
@@bashkillszombies It is not a Court Requirement in any State of Australia for a spectator to have a specific Dress Code. I recently went to a Magistrate hearing as a Spectator and I went in a shirt, shorts, messy hair, and some socks and shoes. The Magistrate cannot demand a spectator to wear anything in specific as long as clothing is being worn (shirt, pants/shorts, shoes/thongs/sandals).
Now with all that, I'm an Australian Federal Police Officer, so despite my occupation, I still went in casual clothing. "If a Law Enforcement Officer is not required to wear a Formal Uniform in court as a spectator, no one is" - That is the question that was asked many decades ago in order to come to an agreement of Court Etiquette on spectators. The only etiquette a spectator technically has, which isn't enforced by the Magistrate themself but rather a Bailiff (Court Officer/Sheriff), is that they must be silent during court proceedings.

Scheduled time? That's all day. Or, they'll tell you you have a date, put you on the bus for hours, bring you somewhere only to put you back on the bus and take you back to remand somewhere else.
Most of the inappropriate clothes is what gets worn. Only staff stick to that regulation.

Comments by Sidhesh Patil - I remember I had to bow everytime upon entering/exiting the court room. Also had to stand on my feet in order to argue. I find it unnecessary.
I prefer making myself comfortable in an arm chair, just like the adjudicator and communicating with a degree of ease. I'd like to reserve the act of bowing to pay my respects to a certain class of individuals (e.g. a soldier who perished in a conflict whilst protecting me, a close friend, sibling, etc)

Where is the equality under law? The courts want you to abide by 'their' rules. The rule of their autocratic laws ('law' used loosely) does not consider -different upbringings, different mental makeup , educational deficits, personality, financial differences, difference in knowledge of the law....making for a very unequal system. We need to go back to the simple natural laws and God's Laws. Give respect to no man in judgement (don't judge a person by their appearance, their status, financial position...etc). I should be able to walk into court in my pyjamas. As for respecting and honoring the judge and the administration...you are to be equal to the judge. He shouldn't be on a pedestal, he shouldn't be bowed to, and he too should be equal under the law. In any case brought to judgement, all parties should be equally culpable. To keep everyone honest and to prevent false witness, those who accuse and bare witness should be under the same threats as the defendant. So, if the accused is found not guilty, the accuser will suffer the fate that would have been the defendants. Then no one would think to accuse someone without absolute proof. And, a person should not be brought before judgement unless he had at least two witnesses against him, who are cross-examinable (machines do not count under this meaning). The magistrates courts are not just, and they defraud us with their fines. Crime is to cause loss, injury or death to persons and property. Not parking in the wrong spot ( ie disabled parking? Is this not discriminatory),going over speed limits or driving under the influence (medication and lack of sleep and health issues are all ways we can be guilty of risky driving, plus slow reflexes). Unless there is a victim there is NO crime. All other laws are void (unless Covenanter /contracted between 2 parties).. And lastly, judges and lawyers and their administrators and agencies, should not receive money. Their job would be one not inspired by the fat pay checks they get. Also, they should not be given indemnity by the term ,'acting in good faith'. If only the common man could be indemnified as such. They should only receive sustenance no more than the average common man. Their reward should be the committment of their lives to justice and righteousness. Bring back 'eye for an eye tooth for a tooth' !
This also would mean less crime, and true justice when there is a crime committed. There are too many ambiguous terms and discretions usable under this unjust system of ours. One being : 'reasonable/ness'. What is 'ordinary' and 'a socially accepted norm'? If we go by history's narratives, many kingdoms have operated under socially accepted norms that have been conditioned by propoganda!!!!!!!their subjects suffering unjustly at their behest.

Failure to abide by Court Rules, is the exact same as Failure to Abide by the Law. Any breach of Court Rules is a Felony on top of that. If you fail to understand that a Magistrate worked their ass off to become a Magistrate under the MCV and that their position REQUIRES that respect since they legally work for the Crown (also known as the Queen), then you will not get anywhere in life.

Only clerks of the court and other officials, lawyers and such have to bow to the coat of arms. You can record if you believe your rights are going to be trampled apon, which is why they dont want you recording, as you are about to get screwed over. Standing when the judge enters is the courts way of tricking you into an agreement that you will do as the Judge says while in the court room. If you dont stand, the judge cant enter into this contract with you and has no power over you. I have done this in many court proceedings in Newcastle, they dont like it but there is not much they can do about it.

Absolutely true. We are all to be equal under the law. So I should be able to record my own transcript of proceedings. And, as for the money and experience and all the autocratic administration surrounding the court system, there is absolutely no 'equality'. Their laws are contract laws, and there are many ambiguous terms/words that are used against you(at the judges discretion). You have either been witnessed (by two or more people) as having caused the loss, death or injury to another party, or not.
Then 'eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth'! And, if you have Covenanted with another party, or consented to terms, you are bound by it. These 'implied' consent rules are unjust. They are so clever with their words and making you believe we are under a just system. They get their instructions and have the money and system behind them to protect their interests in making sure you can't fight their system. We get a QP189 report 3 days before our court date for an offence we wouldn't have otherwise committed if not engaged/solicited by the police officers who arbitrarily target us.. O, but that is covered under the ambiguity of 'suspiscion'! Then your resistance is being belligerent and contravening their orders.
If you think that not standing is a loophole of some kind, then you are an idiot.
You call a Magistrate "Your Worship" and not "Your Honour". Only a Judge is called that.

At your Trial, the Judge will ask you if you are the named individual ALL CAPITAL LETTERS BIRTH NAME on the complaint,
and your natural response will be to answer "yes that's me"
but that is exactly what you don’t do!
Show your Birth Certificate and respond by stating:
"I am making a Special Limited Appearance on behalf of the defendant who is right here"
hold up your Birth Certificate!
Then state:
"As I understand this process Judge, the County Attorney or the Police has leveled a criminal charge with the Clerk and against the TRUST, using the ALL CAPITAL LETTERS NAME that appears on this BIRTH CERTIFICATE! The use of capital letters is dictated by the US Printing Style Manuel, which explains how to identify a CORPORATION.
The Clerk, who is the ADMINISTRATOR of the CESTA QUE TRUST, then, appointed you Judge as the TRUSTEE for the TRUST and since neither of you can be the BENEFICIARY, that leaves me and therefore you are MY TRUSTEE!
So as MY TRUSTEE, I instruct you to discharge this entire matter, with prejudice and award the penalties for these crimes to be paid to me in compensation and damages for my false arrest!!!

Anyway, no laws (other then common law) stand in the Commonwealth of Australia buddy (common law being, don't injure, steal, or cause damage to people and their property) because after 1982 - 3, labor changed our constitution (from the 1901 act to the Australia act 1983) and commented treason by her majesty Queen Elizabeth the 2nd (our protector)
