This song is the typical Prince song. Very catchy.....with words that can be used as all kinds of euphemisms. Just google the meaning of this song and you'll see what I mean. I'm not getting into that here, but in 1985 I liked this song. Prince was a very unusual performer and many of his songs intrigued me. This song made it to number 2 on the Bill Board Hot 100 in 1985.
Anyway, here is our rendition of "Raspberry Beret," with Frank on vocals, Gordon on drums, John playing my sweet 1994 Gibson Hummingbird on lead and me playing my awesome 1997 Bourgeois Country Boy (Ricky Skaggs Signature Model) on rhythm.
