The footage of making “I’m Going Slightly Mad” was just fantastic! I’d seen a few clips from that day but not the entire part with Freddie directing everyone and hashing out each person’s part (as only Freddie could). ☺️ Just another example of how brilliant & remarkable he was. wmpdd33 Thank you kindly. I know the common phrase that time heals.....in this instance for me however - it does not seem so. I cannot to this day watch this with out blubbering.
@@kazabushy, I know how you feel, after almost 27 years, Freddie's tragic, premature death, is still sad, to me. I was only 8 years old, when he was called home. No matter what, I love Queen's music, both with, and without Freddie, and John.
bushwhacker Deacon had already out of the group in this era of video?
My dad just passed away a few weeks ago and he loved Queen. I’m currently going through Queen’s music and I’m really starting to appreciate how sad it must have been to lose someone as special as Freddie. When Brian says he feels like Freddie lives on, I know exactly what he means. They never really leave us.
These are the days of our lives is a beautiful song. We miss you Freddie.
Always makes me cry --- it was Freddie's love letter to the fans --- knowing he would be gone soon
@@billbelzek6748, I cry, at the end of the song, when I hear that final softly spoken "I still love you". We still love you, Freddie. 😥
Very strong, talented and lovely person. He made his last years to be memorable and created great music to the world. #ForeverQueen ❤❤❤
Freddie was pure genius to the end.
Danke Freddie 💚💓💚
Freddie was such a gentleman.
Tom Ripley, he was a gentle giant of music, and we will never forget the man, myth, and legend of Freddie Mercury. He was a creative, and innovative musician. He was a great singer, and songwriter.
Michael Asquith yes he was. I have such love and respect for all of them!
HE WAS SO STRONG I COULD NEVER BE THAT STRONG MINDED WORKING AND GOING THROUGH THE STUFF HE HAD GOING ON I LOVE YOU FREDDIE I THINK OF YOU ALOT..................
I'm very glad they won... but how the hell was The Show Must Go On not the winner?
Daniel Cooper right?!
Daniel Cooper, These Are The Days Of Our Lives is a moving video, and song. Hearing that final softly, spoken "I still love you" as I said, in previous comments, has me in tears, after 27, almost 28 years. The Show Must Go On, is a great single, too.
@Nol _official, sorry, to intrude Mother Love was released after Freddie died, along with The Show Must Go On, A Winter's Tale, and Made In Heaven, to name, but a few. They were on the Innuendo, and Made In Heaven albums.
I can feel there so was so much love in the air for freddie
i’m so glad that someone like freddie existed
That was beautiful and heartbreaking!! 💔 Can’t imagine how emotional Brian & Roger were to be there so soon after Freddie’s passing. No doubt they were still grieving but wanted to be sure to honor their brother, band mate and friend. It’s doubly sad that John wasn’t there but that was his choice. 😔 I love Brian’s comments about how Freddie would have reacted to the award - made me laugh but also cry because he wasn’t there to accept it. 😭😭 Freddie is still tremendously missed but I’m glad his (and Queen’s) legacy lives on thru these video memories and legions of fans. ❤️👑❤️
I Miss You So Deeply
Freddie Mercury.
You Are Forever Young.
You Are Never Forgotten.
You Will Always In Our Heart.
Thank You Much Love ♥️💋
I just cannot tell you how much Bohemian Rhapsody affected me. I have read all the books I could get my hands on through my local library. I absolutely cannot stop crying when I see Freddie and especially the song who wants to live forever. When I saw his last video,I wonder what was going through his mind when he looked in the mirror. Most people would have given up, but not Freddie. He truly was the lover of life and the singer of songs.I know he is smiling and finally know how much he was loved.
I see Freddie teach how to show the importance of emotions and how lovely the comrades contributes to captivate the peoples hearts. Rip Freddie I all like the show. It inspires everyone.
This illustrated just how much the others in the group had to follow Freddie’s lead and direction.
Thank you for everything guys from Queen!😢🇺🇸👍🏾♥️
I admire you as an artist Freddy and this feeling will be for ever in my heart !! And I love your cats too. I do love those animals so much.
Went to the the gig on 20th April 1992 great memories 👍👍👍👍
Kris Bowditch, you must have been thrilled, to witness all those acts paying tribute to a true rock God, Freddie Mercury. I wish I was there with you. We will never forget the amazing man.
Kris Bowditch my husband was there too
chriggle1 Wow! What a great memory for you.
That must have been a very hard task to get up there & accept the award. God Bless them
Absolutely agree with you, Joe Joe--their pain is palpable. I know the pain we fans feel; cannot imagine how much they feel.
They are so sad in the video...😕
I am so sad today April 24, 2019! QUEEN, my favorite band of all time. And I’m nearing the 3/4 of a century mark as to my age. Right along with the surviving members of QUEEN
ELTiagor no one but you, only the good die young- performed by Brian, Roger, & John around 1995-1997 was the saddest of all. That song is so beautiful but it brings me to tears every time.
Dona Burns mine too!!
@@montereyharris1277 Me too
Of course, the Queen guys are sad, in this video. They were losing their best friend, and frontman, Freddie Mercury. He is a legendary musician, who knew how to work his audiences. He lives on, in our hearts. We will never forget Freddie Mercury.
legend of legends
Queen deserves all the awards they get
Like Freddie said:
*_"...Life is Real..._*
*_...Life is a B@#€*!!!"_*
Why can't Freddie be still Alive?
He is The BEST singer in The ~World~ universe
Mad Tz, Freddie told it as it was, why, oh why do only the good die young ?.
rogers voice I’m crying
Made in heaven is the most beautiful moving album
So choked up..and tears just streaming...deep breath!! Whew...💗

Still listening and watching Queen,
We are all proud of you, Freddie 😓
Amazing.. He was music video choreographer too!!!
I love all these guys . Freddie would not be complete without them
Beautiful beautiful beautiful angel 👼
Thank you, Maurice Oberstein, Elton John, Freddie's Queen bandmates, Brian May, and Roger Taylor, for your kind, and loving words. We will never forget a great man, myth, legend, and musician. RIP Freddie, Mr and Mr Bulsara, and Freddie's partner, Jim Hutton. 😥❤
The Show Must Go On is a great song, but These Are The Days of Our Lives absolutely deserved the award.
'Maybe I'm a very tragic person, I don't know'
Beautiful soul
Beautiful !!!!
Can't stop crying.....miss your funny humor and your charming ways
The music of the Queen is eternal.
It was an absolutely special talented band !!
Freddie Mercury was a genius!
It was so much more than a rock star! Freddie was the heart and engine of the Queen!
Freddie was the cohesive force of the band, the glue!
The queen would not exist without her.
Queen- Freddie started with Mercury and finished with Freddie!
Freddie Mercury’s work in all of the Queen’s music is there!
He was a genius and a beautiful, great man !!
Those were really nice words from Brian, Freddie’s public persona was very big and lavish and yet a very shy, kind loving person in private
People go, but they leave behind their foot prints, their memories. RIP Freddie.
Creative!! Charming! Talanted! Real legend Freddie! ❤️
They really made history and TRULY HAVE MADE ME MORE POWERFUL!! IM HEARTBROKEN and i just keep thinking about how awesome it would be if Freddie didnt pass away! #QUEEN 👑❤

Freddy looks so frightful in the end but I admire his Will 💔😥
Iwas only 4 years old when he gone... Without interesting about frotman singer is how inever made searches about band i start lisening to their songs.. And my favorite one was show must go on.. Give me push to continue always and inspire me but one day try to regonize the man behind this song.. And shocked 😲 iwas 22... And till now cant believe his gone freddie love you.. your are my idol in everything... 🙏 🙏 🙏
I love you Freddie
You know, if the scene in Bohemian Rhapsody in which Mary convinces Freddie that he needs to come HOME, that word sparks in his head and heart and his FAMILY included his bandmates. You guys are very special folks. Had it not been for the movie, I'd never spent so much time on UA-cam, frankly. A lot of different things are opening up.
Forever!
Why John Deacon wasn't there? at tht time he was not yet resign in their queen band right?
Brian was very sad he was controlled his tears, Roger as well..he was smiling but.. frm the bottom of his heart he was in pain.
Even me, I'm watching wth a teary eyes.
ming ming 😔 It’s definitely painful to watch this knowing how difficult it was for Brian and Roger to be there since, of course they were still grieving the loss of Freddie. 💔 John didn’t officially retire until 1997 but he was basically out of Queen right after Freddie died. He only performed a few more times in 1992, 93 and 97. Sadly I don’t think we’ll ever see him perform with Brian & Roger again but we can hope. ❤️👑❤️
Greatest Band Ever They'll never be touched!
How Fred had the energy to come up with ideas for the video and have fun with it, I’ll never understand. Just incredible.
I'm 33 and that is still how I sing that song. 1:30
I just wanna kiss u
Fred why did you leave us a great shock
Brits are so polite! I love them! Rip Feddie. Queen lives on!!!
Just PURE MAJICAL GENIUS. ......& DON'T BE TOO SAD.... THEY USUALLY DEPART PREMATURELY. .
We'll see Mr Freddie soon in heaven 😪😥
All those people are so good at singing
I'm crying like a fucking baby😣
freddy is a great courage work at last
Just wondering why that guy is wearing a green Robin Hood hat??
Think it's the same as 'Peter Pan's' hat in the cartoon.
Don't know the reasoning behind him wearing it though.
Hazel Walsh, was it out of respect for Freddie Mercury, or was Maurice Oberstein suffering from HIV, or AIDS, at that time ?.
I thought maybe It was a Guild wear .....like some have special Ties or so :D
;´( muitas saudades do meu ídolo, ;´( Não morreu , eternamente em nossos corações
entregando todo hasta el último mimento
