That shade of blue really suits you Gabi! I'm definitely a Lou Lou and Chanel Coco edp girl. They are both 1980s perfumes and my youth is intertwined with them. I feel nostalgic, youthful and above all fabulous when I wear them. Penhaligon's Violetta was a favourite in the 1990s. Very gothic with my floating dresses but alas they discontinued it. I get a hint of it when I open a box of violet fondant chocolates. Heavenly❤

Here I just had to tell you - I'm 62 going on 63 this summer, I've put on big weight over the years, I have mental health issues too, and the troubles never seem to let up, even at this age. BUT, to my utter delight and joy: my kids love me always; like your kitties, I have my little dog who never wants to be anywhere but glued to my lap; and I still have the same passions which have been my old friends for decades - reading, films, my garden and plants, and the newest of them (about 3 years now), perfume! Every morning when I wake, I assess and throw it all on a scale, and the pros outweigh the cons every single time! Keep up the great work and we'll keep watching...☺ Btw - I love your personality!!!

I love midnight fantasy and electric fantasy from britney spears, also love rihanna reb'fleur love always, all three of those quite long lasting too, i generally don't like celebrity scents as i feel that they are mostly overpriced for what you get. Most of the scents you mentioned are so similar to my personality too especially the ange ou demon. And you are just so classy and real i love how you present these fragrances

Well I have both Scandal JPG and No.19 CHANEL in my tiny spring collection. To me Scandal is just a pleasant honey and floral scent. No.19 is the jungle till it makes it's way out to the woods with lots of crushed leaves.

I too do not have the *best* mental health, and have been making attempts to reconnect with who I am. Fragrance is one of those ways for me now, as well, and I am so glad to have found a sort of kindred spirit in your stories! As I'm new to my fragrance journey, I don't really have a strong grasp of my "scent profile" yet, but I do know that: Delina Exclusif - Parfums de Marly Angels' Share - Kilian Rose of No Man's Land - Byredo Whispers in The Library - Replica Maison Margiela Vanillary - Lush are fragrances that I keep coming back to. Some call them basic, but to me, they smell like home.

It gives me a similar honeyed sweet floral but with a bit more freshness and a bit of greeness. Quite lovely. I got a few new ones for my birthday so I'm playing around with them. I found a Narcisso Rouge and was gifted Aura by Mugler. I've been enjoying musky scents lately. Also iris, powdery and purple florals. 😊

Is cumin whats in Angel? Do you know what note in angel is what made angel become know as the scent thay started the giurmand category? Is it thr spices? Because vanilla existed before, so i can o ly guess that its the nutmeg and caraway that are food derivatives so is that what it was or all of the other fruit notes?
