Such a breath of fresh air from the PR inspired videos, which I’m not against, people have to make a living too, but i truly treasure channels like yours who just post for the pure pleasure of perfume love. I adore Anais Anais... it is so uplifting... I can't imagine anyone calling it a stink bomb. I have the vintage and I need backups. I have Lou Lou The tall bottle as well as the three sizes of the dabber bottle. Yes I do get obsessive. Fun fact: I just learned that the bottle is almost identical to by the antique perfume from 1927 by Richard Hudnut called Le Debut... I always thought that bottle was such an 80's aesthetic, but no, it's actually antique inspired!

Cacharel is underrated these days, unfortunately. I kinda grew up with it. I had a tiny bottle of Anaïs Anaïs when I was a kid. I wore Noa in my late teens and early 20s. And I'm really enjoying Yes I Am now. Thanks Gabi! 🙂

I was teacher's pet in English 101 and also used to take the bus north to visit an old boyfriend on weekends, and so it worked. I thought of buying Eden but don't know if I'd like it. You and Claude are rapidly becoming my favorite perfume review channel.

I love my vintage Anais Anais! I’ve been enjoying the Anais Anais Premier Delice this spring (layered with Kayali Yum Pistachio Gelato is delish). I also love Yes I Am and Yes I Am Glorious! Glad you liked the Glorious version. I remember suggesting it a while back. It surprised me how it bloomed so beautifully on my skin. Anyway, thanks for the video and take care!

Chacharel scents have always been in my collection. The are classics mostly of the eighties to me. I just wear them not as often as I should, but the will stay with no matter what. Iam lucky to own three older formulations of Anais Anais, Lou Lou, Gloria and Eden. We don't always the same taste in perfumes but Cacharel is special and I love there bottles.
Anais Anais brings back fabulous memories for me, I LOVE it 🙂You look great too even though I am aware that your health isn't great at the moment... let's hope that this is sorted soon. I wasn't aware that Anais Anais was a 'Cacharel' perfume so I learned that today and one of my dearest friends wears a lot of LouLou, sadly not a fragrance I am keen on, perhaps because she is a little too liberal with it, LOL.
My absolute favourite Cacharel is the vintage Loulou. I so prefer Loulou over vintage Dior Poison too. A lot of people insult the Loulou bottles but I love them.

Gabby you are looking stunning ... i was 20 in 78 , OHH GOD... yes my pic is before i got Chronicly ill .. i was 50 in the pic .... so i certainly loved and rocked all of these OH Cacharel , they are a real experience . I love your side profile!!!! Least favourite: Anais Anais L’Original from 2014 - much prefer the vintage (of which I have 100ml, in a splash bottle 😜) Most favourite: Eden. Any formulation will do ❤
I grew up in the 80’s and I remember hating perfumes from the 90’s. Lots of candy citrus and powdery yuck. I’m only recently getting into perfumes (last 5 years)
What about Noa? Why ignored? Well, I am lucky to have some vintage editions (Noa, LouLou, Anais and even some droplets of Gloria /2002/ at the bottom of the bottle) so I know what you mean... And what about Cacharel pour L'Homme (new versus older version)?

Urs I am glorious is indeed glorious but the longevity isn't as great as the OG. Yes it wasn't her favourite scent, but the way I am I felt I had to be the jungle serpent that it is!!
