@@SwyamGautam-fq5lt use grippers with less resistance like 40-50 lbs. And use them for a Year. 50-60reps each hand 4-5 times a Week. Take Proper Rest and Recover your Muscles. Do other exercises too like Dead Hang, pullups-Chinups. If you're below 18 then avoid Weigh Training. Do only Bodyweight Workout. Good Luck for your journey 🤞
