As a person who almost only flies in Ireland and the UK, im hoping this will give a significant visual bump. I think I said in the discord, but Ireland is extremely low quality (at least in my opinion) and even with the Orbx + map enhancement addons, it doesn't get much better. There's loads of odd visual bugs, bad colouring, blurry photogrammetry, some clouds and planes embedded in the terrain and finally some airport just having trees in the middle of them (default EINN for example). Mega thanks for informing us about this upcoming update, got me quite excited! bob.

I wonder if the new DEM will supersede the Orbx BI mesh I just paid for. Fingers crossed the other Orbx packs integrate well. Maybe Orbx will update stuff if it is needed.
I'm interested to see how The North West turns out, Manchester, Blackpool and the mast on Winter Hill. I have the Orbx packs installed so it'll be interesting to compare.
It's nice to see, though my hopes really hone in on EGNT finally getting something, anything, on Xbox, which probably won't happen until Orbx do a v2. =p
Really looking forward to this, although I'm never confident of the performance on my series x. Ive got the orbx scenery so I hope it doesnt clash, but if thos is better I won't be too sorry to have to remove the GB packs. Hopefully its going to be great
Yes I've been thinking the same I have all the upgrades for England Ireland Scotland and Wales and the Isle of Man do you think I should uninstall these before installing the new update then try them afterwards or should I leave them in normally I would take them out then reinstall them but just wondering if it would be better to leave them in and see how it goes
I’m excited for this one. I don’t have any add-ons for the area so I’m sure it’ll be a big improvement. Hopefully I can get the update installed before you fly it, and come along 😎
The terrain morphing in London is some of the worst in MSFS - really hope this fixes that, and plays well with the excellent Orbx (SamScene?) London City Pack.

I've uninstalled all my Orbx UK stuff in advance. I want to see the new UK updates clean. Then wait and see what others say about having them installed at the same time.
Had to uninstall this world update. It keeps crashing the sim. I haven’t been able to find out which add on it doesn’t like! I have so many add on airports. Anyone have similar issues? Locate the mod it doesn’t like? Loads fine on safe mode
I do worry about your system and internet connection. London photogrammmetry is not an insignificant amount of data and it appears your system can't cope with the current London let alone bring in a London with even more detail. Sounds like you'll very much need to wait for MSFS 2024. I have a moderate internet connection 72Mbps (which it literally the UK average) and seeing your video I would say my experience is much better. If your internet is 72Mbps or above, then I would highly suggest you delete the rolling cache and disable it.

I'm personally going to try the Update with my addons installed. Difficult to say whether they will be compatible or not currently.

I'm not actually using the Rolling Chace currently; I get differing results when flying around London.

My Hometown Strabane in Northern Ireland is currently Broken and distorted some other places are too but not as bad as my Hometown
