Thank you I build all of them up myself to make sure it's done correctly, but it's still incredibly difficult to get it perfect. I'm not shining on white walls so it's not an issue. Every brand I've seen that uses this led and a reflector has the same issue.
Is FT03 a thrower or a balanced flashlight? I'm looking for a balanced flashlight that works well in throw and flood, to illuminate surrounding areas well too.
If you want more spread then you should rather get the FT03 XHP50.2 version. The FT03 shown here is the SST40 version for a narrower beam. Depends what kind of usable range you need

Just purchased the Brinyte T28 Artemis. It has red green and white light which u can switch + it's zoomable. Cool light
It is a great light, but not really a big fan of zoomies
