Thank you Thank you I love UA-cam shows you everything you need to know…. What to fix on your car truck and other things ….. what would we do without you guys and UA-cam ….. Now I know what needs to be done ✔️ thank you for this video…. I’m not worried no more because now I know what the problem is…. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
1:49 The unique thing is the fake gem stones inaccurately placed around the DIC display, and everywhere else 😂 If one TPMS is bad others will likely follow as I read battery life is ~10 years.
Hey bud, if thats the case, then there almost 100% chance theres a code in the module that would put you in the right direction. But most generic scan tool cant read that module
Have the same problem with my town and country all 4 tires show pressure on dash but light blinks then stays on tire place reset them about 4 times and still stays on did you have any luck with yours?
The problem I'm having right now is it's saying the tire pressure is only 26 to 27 on one wheel, but it keeps changing wheels. When I use my tire pressure gauge, the tire pressure says it's fine
I just bought same sensors off eBay. Four for $14.99 with shipping. Tires I'll put them in are not even going on a car with TPMS in it...but maybe I'll add later. Easier and cheaper than having to deal with breaking beads/rebalancing in the future.
@@OnlineMechanicTips yes just $15, got a newer style for $10 with shipping... They come in two different frequencies... 413 and 314 or something with lower freq being what newer cars use. They're somewhat universal if you get the right frequency...but I've heard of stupid auto makers restrictions trying to lock it down to a single brand. TPMS makers came out with universal ones that defeat the brand restrictions if you run into that. With Toyota you normally have to have a tool to scan and upload TPMS sensor code into onboard computer. GMs have a tool where you put car into learning mode and go around to each tire and activate/broadcast the sensor data.. It would be nice if the people in government passing the stupid tire pressure legislation required open standards to be followed.
Hello my friend. Yes, thats an option, but the other option is to simply drive it and the signal will get picked up by the module and will self program. Thanks for watching, please like the video and sub the channel, thanks
@@OnlineMechanicTips so I have a 2016 durango rt awd and I just replaced one of these this morning. It has still not relearned itself and I have drove steady for about 20 miles. What to do next?
@@Big_Purr_RT Hey bud, im curious as to how you no if you replaced the correct sensor? Also are you able to read codes inside the module? Just because the light on does not always mean a tire sensor bad. Also are you subscribed to the channel?
@@OnlineMechanicTips so the front drivers is the one that came on the display and it came up suddenly in red and blank with no numbers. The other 3 still read and preform as nothing is the issue. I replaced with a mopar 433mhz pre programmed tpms sensor that was installed this morning and it has still not relearned itself or linked to the pcm. No I am not, but I am now
1 of the shop computers..Cool thing about our scan tool is that it can work on any computer thats online.. Love that feature but privacy can become an issue..

I see that you didn’t have to program the sensor it’s self
