Generally lot of Samsung phones have this problem upfront when they are new. Give it a week or 2 to understand your behavioral pattern and your phone automatically adjusts the consumption pattern. I got a note 10 recently and was very very skeptic about 3500 mah battery. first few weeks i felt like i made a terrible mistake. over time, I'm able to get all day with buds live connected. (My usage: calls, messages, whatsapp, insta, emails and few back ground apps, turned off google location totally). I once did few video conference calls and the battery lasted for 6:30Hrs non stop.
Doo this is what it said when I got to the resetting part: Are you sure you want to reset ur mobile data network settings? This can't be UNDONE. Depending on ur networks required settings, you might not be able to connect to ur mobile data Anymore.... And I pressed Reset on the bottom and it said network settings reset. I don't know what to do.

None of the above worked for me so I turned my phone completely off for 5 mins. At the 30sec mark I charged it. But still left it off until the 5min mark and switched it on then boom. My bluetooth wifi and Hotspot came on

I have a wierd problem..There is a application in my samsung mobile.,it's not actually working on my mobile data but perfectly working on my wifi.when I reset the network settings and restarted my device it actually working in my mobile data but when ever I connected it to wifi and disconnected the problem remains the same and need to reset mobile network again...give me a permanant solution please
So i have tried this and lots of other fixes. they have all worked to get internet working again...but only temporarily. It will work for 5-10 minutes and then stop working again. It will show i have 4GLTE but not actually be working. Apps and browsers that use internet will not work, until i reset the connections again, or turn airplane mode off and on, or restart my phone, or clear my cache. All of these get it working but only for a few minutes. This only happens on when using my data (not wifi). Any idea how to fix it more permanently? Is this possibly just a planned obsolescence thing? I have a galaxy note 8. My wife has the same exact phone and the same problem started on her phone right about the same time. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

Backup your data in a flash memory using smart switch then factory reset.

When you do this do you loose your data deals/package? Do you need to sort it out again after resetting?
