After 40 years of being a fan... I'm used to this. I enter every season expecting this team to look exactly the way it did today.

yup i have half that being born into it with my dad and grandparents seeing the team in all its glory, hell they even got a signed picture of the dirty dozen on my wall and this is the conclusion ive come to also. Apathy, that way im not surprised when they do what theyve done for two decades which is lose terribly with some spurts of brilliance. And on the flipside im pleasantly surprised when they have an off day and do really well and look like a professional football team. To me there is no incentive for the raiders to change because they are raking in money, wish we had a demotion system to spur franchises that have been terrible to do better but i digress. Time to enjoy everyone overreaction to trademarked mediocrity
