Nice video, clear and informative. How much did a setup like this cost you? Also, you mentioned you use a duo filler for canning, any reason why you don't use a counter pressure filler?

Gday Luke. We have a similar tank but the smaller one. We currenty have a barbed connection for the carb stone and then a different fitting to the head pressure intake. i see you have simply the one co2 line which can be used for the carb stone and the head pressure intake. Can you give me some idea as to how to manage this? I haven't been able to work it out yet. Cheers

Hello and thank you for the comment and feedback! I agree with the audio inconsistency. I’ll fix audio in the upcoming videos with a dedicated microphone. Thanks again, I’m glad you enjoyed it :)

Hey mate, good vid. Ive struggled with getting decent C02 suspension in my unitank. Would you suggest that applying the head pressure helps retain the C02 better in suspension and that hitting it with 13 PSI straight up retains C02 density?
I Slowly appied from 0 psi up to 18 psi and held for 3 days with no additional head pressure and found the C02 to be only just sufficient (micro bubbles) but after canning and bottling 2 to 3 days later a lot f the C02 had fallen out of suspension.
Good to see another QLD'er in the game!

Thank you for your comment :) 100%... applying head pressure helps to maintain the c02 in solution in the wetting process for at least overnight but 24 hours is better. Burst carbonation through the carb stone does the lions share, but applying head pressure and holding it for 24 hours really sets it in. It's also important to check your seaming process, checking any bubbles that may be leaking after the lid has been seamed. I use the duofiller for canning so I will lose some c02 during the filling process, if you do have a counter pressure filler, they are much more efficient. I aim a little higher with my c02 volumes knowing i'll lose a tiny bit during the filling process. Thanks again!

Great vid. How did you connect thermometer from ftss to existing thermometer in unitank? Did you cut off probe in ftss and connected wires in this small black box on the end of thermometer in unitank? Do you have any photo? Thanks

Gday mate! A little slow at the present while I tackle a council zoning issue, very silly one but will have it sorted in the next 4-5 weeks. Behind the scenes ready to make moves and start the wholesale side of expansion to local grocers cafes and even brewers as a non alcohol option at their tap rooms! Appreciate the follow up
