Can this be used for continuous lighting as well?
Not really...the bulb is just a standard halogen quartz for regular modeling light needs. If you are interested in something that can do both flash and work for continuous check out the DigiBee flash unit ua-cam.com/video/oO0_93xevvY/v-deo.html.
