1: 34. 'If you want this job, you're going to have to change the way you dress.' So what? Companies have dress codes, don't you know? In one of my first job interviews, I was told I'd have to wear a pastel-coloured shirt rather than a red one. Jeans and T-shirts were out of the question too, though I scarcely wore anything else. I managed to make the transition to 'smart' without experiencing feelings of 'anger, pain, being alone and helpless'.

I think you fail to understand that the dress code that Muslim women wear go beyond what you like or don't like... The dress code has a symbolic and religious significance and its linked to their faith

I am an Arabian Muslim and the cradle of islam is Arab area so we know about islam more than others so i surely tell you that all Ali says is fake and does not have any relevant link with islam

Montaser Nady : Well maybe Allah should take a few moments out if his busy schedule to let people knows what he wants them to do. I mean, surely, by this stage he should have realised that there is a lot of confusion about what he wants.

My Sister in humanity, Why is it that every time i watch a video of such, your comments are there campaigning towards sammina ali's UNDERSTANDING AND INTERPRETATION OF THE HIJAB ...no offense intended, but
Why ? the other girls who share their experiences and understanding are muslim too. To be fair to sister samina , she is a bright open minded person ...God/Allah bless her ...but her interpretation is slightly inaccurate according to the Islamic guidelines. A hijab is a barrier not only to cover the head and not only something cultural or a sense of oppression. first It's taught then understood. Never should be force, but unfortunately some muslims today do use force upon their children which is sad. The hijab is a rather a cover for women's modesty. Yes women vary from size to another (no offense) , that does affect the hijab or cover or long dress they wear . Modesty is the KEY in order to prevent or avoid seductive attention from men who tent to OBSERVE and disrespectful muslim or non muslim women in a way that is against the THE TEACHINGS OF ISLAM.
That is ATLEAST what many muslims and i understand from my religion (Islam).
      ☺✊✌

I like this girl, I wish I could speak to her. I wish more people in the middle east were like her they would have better community's . This is an example of how Islam does not mesh with western culture. It is inherently intolerant and unyielding as her example of an unwillingness to even change her clothes for a opportunity to contribute to her society it's problematic. This unwillingness to change has kept there science and engineering in the dark ages for a thousand years. Automobiles, spacecraft, industrial farming and vaccines are all invented in and made by Western culture. We keep trying to get them to join us in our prosperity and they say no to even removing a head scarf.

hijab is my modesty and my identity : Why? Muhammad didn't write the Quran, you know that. How many religions has man created and why don't you believe in them? Your following middle eastern foaklore and superstitions for 1450 years. Science and technology has passed you by, not to mention human rights. It has created a sectarian environment causing infighting and countless deaths. What about the questionable teachings like below.
      Tell Me What:
      Quran at-Tawbah 9:23 says
      Quran at-Tawbah 9:29 says
      Quran al-Anfal 8:39 says
      Quran at-Tawbah 9:123 says
Quran al-Baqarah 2:126 says: Fighting is enjoined in you....
Is it? IS FIGHTING and MURDERING non-Muslims including your parents IF they are non-Muslims JUSTIFIED and granted a place in Paradise?

Brian Engineering she is unwilling to change or remove her veil because she believe it's what her Creater wants her to wear And if you really believe in God you believe he ll make ways for you. One opportunity is not the end of the world. If you change for every lil opportunity then it shows how weak you are And she doesn't look like a weak person. Plus when you are used to wear veil. You wnt feel comfortable working specially arround men without it.
And you are right about science and technology. We are not there yet. But we want to contribute. We are trying. Thats why you see even muslim woman working in almost all fields.
About the verses of the Quran. If you really wanted to understand Your attitude wud b different.
But to me it feels like you dnt want to understand and learn You just hate us.
But l m not worried. Majority is nice to us. And l m sure hate wud end for good.
