He is so cute getting shy but I think his english level is already good. He could've actually done this episode in english too flawlessly but then again he seems more relax in korean although he really did well in his other english interviews
I love how Peniel kept saying that reading and doing interview in English were hard ... I could tell he was trying to encourage Hanbin to not give up learning English. And it worked since Hanbin laughed and relaxed each time.! Love you Peniel!

before his hiatus his english interaction when he was still with ikon is like waaaay down below and he really can't speak or understand much english...he used his hiatus days to learn and be good at speaking it for his int'l fans for hisb great comeback. now here he is 😊

For someone who says they’re not good at English, BI’s pronunciation is really good. And quite honestly reading and writing in English even for natives isn’t that easy. And don’t get me started in grammar, that’s a love-hate relationship right there. To sum it up, BI, you’re doing well.

It's one thing to communicate and sounding natural or like a native speaker is another. It's a mix of talent, practice and exposure. Some people no matter how relatively good they are in English, their accent and pronunciation just can't adapt.

Northern Virginia/Maryland have one of the biggest Korean American populations in the states. We call it the DMV (DC-MD-VA)
