Great job sir! I've followed your instructions and I was able to change it also. Removing the connector is a pain, I needed to remove the front right wheel and hassle with it until I got a good position using 2 hands so I could eventually pull it out. The only thing I would add, is to screw the new sensor with the wire tucked near it (with a rubber band)..it goes pretty easy that way. Thanks again!!
MAP gas ( yellow cylinder), burns hotter than propane and cost very little more. Works very good on rusted bolts, etc. Nice video. Got to do this ASAP. Always use OEM sensors. No shortcuts for these.
Thanks for the sharing. It is a fantastic video. May I ask that after you replaced the sensor and turned on the engine, did the engine check light disappear right away or only after you drove for a mile. Mine did not go away even after following the same procedure. I have exactly the same car model and code as yours and installed the same Bosch O2 sensor.
After replacement check engine light was still on initially but went out during my short drive (1 mile) to get gas.. If you don't have a scanner to clear your light you can disconnect negative battery cable for 30 seconds or so and that should clear it.. Then drive and wait to see if it comes back..

Yeah I may regret the Bosch sensor but so far so good.. OEM better choice but $75 more.. Thanks for the tip on MAP gas.. Will do next time..
Best video yet for this ! Thank you so much for doing this !!!
You are welcome.. Glad to have helped..
Just the video I needed! Thanks! Only suggestion I have is the Denso sensor from RockAuto is the OE Toyota sensor and it's only $44 for this one.
Yeah that's the smarter move going OEM..
I just ordered it. Local parts stores are charging $85 for the Bosch sensor! Insanity! @@tongo117
