Funfact: The Dutch where everywhere around the world. For example, you did mention Harlem in New York. That was made by the Dutch so Harlem's name is based on the city Haarlem and New York was in the past New Amsterdam. So the Duth where also in America.

You missed something, @1:38 you can see, just briefly, a water bridge. The river flows over the road. I think it is the Veluwemeer aqueduct, it connects a small extension of a lake over a road and can be used by boats and ships over the motorway.
    Greetings from the Black Forest.

By the way, the Dutch founded New York as Nieuw Amsterdam and that is why streets are still named after the Dutch! For example: Wall Street = Wall Street, Harlem the district. The city was initially the capital of the colony of New Netherlands until it was conquered by the British in 1664.

Just a word of caution: the video is beautiful due to the sunny weather. But it is often cloudy or raining here. Want to see more of the country check out the videos on YT from immigrant/expart channels like 'buncharted', 'Marté bernard', 'Dutch Americano' etc.
    FWIW:
The Dutch city of Haarlem lends its name to the NYC borough of Harlem.
The Dutch village of Breukelen ditto to NYC's Brooklyn.
The county of Holland ditto to New Holland (originally used for the region around NYC, and for Australia).
The province of Zeeland ditto to the country of New Zealand.
'Yankee' is a bastardisation of the Dutch given name of 'Jan-Kees'.
and on and on. I think there are a number of YT videos going into more depth of this Dutch Heritage around the world.

First thing you have to tell them is that we no longer believe that you can fall off the edge of the earth.
After they've regained consciousness you might as well press on and inform them the earth revolves around the sun and not vice versa.
That'll probably take about a week to sink in.

The Netherlands have so much water, because 40% from the country is under the ocean level. Around 20% of his land is dryed seaground.

Make sense! That's why it's so flat! I guess?

@@MaxSujyGermany In part. But the Netherlands are basically the river delta of three rivers (Rhine, Meuse, Schelde) transporting 'mud' for milennia from the high grounds in more central Europe. Around the world, river delta's are by their nature very flat. For instance the provinces of Holland (in medieval times the county of Holland) derive their name from the ancient Dutch word for marshes. FWIW.
