This brought tears to my eyes...I'm 65 now and my mother is still here aged 87 as i post this on - ( 22-10-2023)...I'm glad I lived in the same time frame as 'David Cassidy' and his wonderfull music...he made my teenage years happy when at that young age at that time, I struggled to get through life - RIP DC
David's life might have been very different if his father, Jack Cassidy, did not meet Shirley Jones, while he was still married to Evelyn. And then eventually married Shirley. David Mother's was very beautiful and David he favors her.

My friend Janet cantor gari who was Eddie cantors fifth daughter was best friends with Evelyn ward and told me lovely stories about her. Janet was at her wedding to jack cassidy. Janet told me that the last year of Evelyn’s life she had full dementia and didn’t recognize anyone. She said that David didn’t visit his mom during that last year. He was going through painful divorce and sickness and alcoholism and couldn’t bare to see his mom that way. He just wasn’t up and healthy enough to visit. Janet did visit Evelyn every week before her death and said that she was in very bad shape and didn’t recognize janet. David did love his mom very much and they were close.
I thought the world of Evelyn Ward,She passed away on my Dad and Moms Wedding Anniversary🌹 I'm sending her a rose to Heaven from me ! For she was a blessing in everyway,If I could text her ,It would say ,How much I missed her when she moved away ,My children would of loved her too,Three sets of twins plus two,😢So Evelyn I know your an angel as Mom Parr in Heaven Above ,You and Mom Parr also Mom Maish I love,And No Shirley Jones , you've not been left out That's what Truth and Friendships all about ,Lasting FRIENDSHIP❤😢🦋💌
