In my neck of the woods you wouldn't get 100 feet without a licence plate before getting stopped. "I don't have the mount" would cut no ice either, dude EVERY road bike literally has a mount fitted in the factory before it rolls off the production line.

You can 100% film in any cops car. It is not their car. It is our car. You can actually film inside of it because you're not filming the screen because the screen is facing him and even if it wasn't you or legally allowed to film his screen, he is the one who has to shut the screen if you're sitting there filming he cannot make you stop recording inside of his car even because it's not his property and if his car is a mess that is his problem and maybe he should get that taken care of before the citizens get mad about our messy property

Is the first guy dumb as a rock or really bad at lying? Cop did nothing wrong and was nice not to give him a ticket. "I just got the bike" has had it for a month probably.
Well the guy didnt have his plates on (which is illegal) so the cop was in his right mind to tackle him off the bike.

Not really, they just don’t feel like getting arrested and spending a night a holding cell and paying fines. I have a bike so that I never ever have to get a fine ever again, I have a false plate over my plate which I remove when parked somewhere public.
