Video starting 10:05 clearly show by the markings on the road that there wasnt reckless driver but rather an impatient rider with "i can make it" attitude.Glad that all sides walked away with no injuries.
checked it out on Google Maps, the biker indeed ran the stop sign. The red car does not have a stop sign, and is on the road that has the right of way.

3:10 Yes, don't smash a mirror then run like a bitch. If you REALLY feel you have to damage someone's property, be a man and stick around for the consequences. (But a real man doesn't have a 3 yr old temper tantrum).
4:15 "Never ever fight anybody"...WRONG..Never start a fight, try to always de-escalate and avoid, but if you're attacked then ALWAYS defend yourself.
10:15 The rider didn't stop at the sign, but this is a perfect example of if there's a possibility it could happen, be ready for it happening. Don't ride like anyone's watching out for you. Stay PARANOID, not scared, paranoid.
