What your narcissist said to you they would have said to any other of his victims in order to destroy them. Do Not take any of what they do personally, it has nothing to do with you. These things are not people they’re predators who hate themselves because they know what they are.

The concern for your well-being is a ploy. It is an attempt to "Hoover" you back in for more abuse and if you question it, you will be lied to and gaslit, which serves to keep you confused and stuck in the abuse cycle. Stay away!
TO MISS A and PEGASUS 514: Hello. I want to thank you for your messages from two months ago. I have thought of them at times when I need that boost to keep going. I have maintained no contact since January 1st, it's now mid-June, the longest 'no contact' I've been able to do. I truly feel 'done' with him. There is no option to allow him to return to my life. I know it would be the death of me, one way or another. Now I am dealing with the long path of healing my mind (intrusive memories of the traumas), my physical health, and getting my life back together (especially financially). Take heed the narcissist around the corner once you get rid of one. I opened up too much to this girl and she took my credit card. She lives right down stairs and it's taking everything in me not to kick her ass cause, I was so nice to her! I just needed a ride to go buy a TV. I had a new credit card and only purchased ONE thing so, she had better HOPE she didn't spend anything off that card. I will be down to the bank first thing in the a.m I'm going to the bank because I cannot prove she took it. I'm looking for transaction coming off my card so, I got her ass and am handling this the RIGHT way. Be careful, they are everywhere! I should have known when I walked up asking her for a ride, I walked in the middle of a smear campaign, her and two other people were smearing some girl. You live and learn but, karma is coming for all of these sick people, that I am certain!
My narc of 20+ years - a co-worker/business partner - called me cruel
nick names in front of others. He would just smirk and shake his head
every time I would say something, like I was a dumbass who just didn't
get it. He would try to hold my hand in crowded places, just to prove
his power over me. He would criticize the grocery store I would shop
at, the clothing I would wear, the way I combed my hair, the music I
liked, the way I raised my kids, the women I would go out with. Since
his wife stopped speaking to him years ago, I was his only source of
supply. And since we both were doing a radio show together .. any time
he was mad at me he would take it out on me ON THE AIR. His vibe was
satanic and I think that's why we were both dismissed. Now I'm in a
different career and have been no contact with him for some time.
(Never ever gotten so many random friend requests). Thank you to God
for giving me what I needed even if I wasn't smart enough to ask for it.
