The very best of luck to you guys! May your travels be full of fun, wonder, and excitement. Okay, maybe a bit of laughter thrown in too 😂. I’m looking forward to watching your journey.
I' ve had a nomadic life . Born there, lived here and there. I'm taking some pension now. I miss the travel, but can I just say.... UK is best country in the world, so while thinking about which campervan to buy, I won't be going EU , North Africa. Plenty enough sunshine in UK. But what about a postal address if I sold up , essential, so thats not going to happen. Also, I love my chimney and solid fuel stove in winter. So I I'll just have to be a part timer and store all my 'stuff' in my house. Enjoy - and good luck, have a ton of fun.
Thank you, and agree about the UK. Part time, full time or now and again, as long as you are enand it works for you life, then it's the right way for sure👍 All the best and thanks for the comment and good wishes 👍👍😀
Life's short so go for it! Is all I can say. I am definitely not bragging, but my wife's parents left us their house, both sadly passed away. So while it is nice to have two places, their house needed to be emptied and eventually some retouching to be done. To be ready to be rented out. So I know about getting rid of stuff and trying not to be too sentimental. That's the difficult bit. It has been 2 years already! Dropping everything and taking off in a campervan sounds like a very good idea right now. 😊 Maybe one day... Meanwhile go ahead and enjoy life out on the road. 👍🏻
Thank you! We're very excited! Shedding unnecessary stuff and simplifying our lives is feeling incredibly liberating already. We've yet to see if this is going to work for us, who knows? But if you don't try... :)
@@gonkandmoody Cheers. 👍🏻 BTW scratching my head here trying to understand how a random 23 second dashcam video I did of me nearly running over a err twit on an e-scooter has gone viral! Isn't UA-cam weird?
Thanks for the comment Elaine. We both work and will continue to do so. We are able to work remotely to an extent which makes this far more a feasible idea [for us anyway].

It really is! 😄
Im in the Winker group!
😃
Can you tell us more about Ton’s background? Was she a sports person or model
Hi, thanks for asking but no fame, fortune, modelling or sporting accomplishments, just a mum and nanny having a lovely time! 😁
Winker was me as well, it’s an age thing I suspect.
I think you could well be correct ☺️
What are you planning to do?
What do you both do for work?
Are you continuing to work ?
