  • Here's my 1985 Moto Guzzi V50 timelapse rebuild. Enjoy :)
    Edit 2020: The video was blocked for a long time due to copyright reasons against the music, so i uploaded it again, which is also on my channel.
    It somehow suddenly worked again to get it back on the channel without the music but still keeping the views, so now i'll leave both videos online which are almost identical :)

    This is the bike Moto Guzzi SHOULD HAVE made. Really, really awesome job. The lines you created are perfect.

      Yeah, the Tonti frame is good as is for cafe racer or standard cruiser.

    Really nice! I love how you made subtle changes that made a big difference! These are often the best projects IMO because you still retain the spirit of the original bike while making it something entirely your own...kudos!

    I bet you were REALLY popular with your neighbours when you were spraying outside, the car parked over the road would have a nice coating! plus the couple which drove by. Nice build though although as a personal point I prefer clip on handlebars and a hump back seat, but that's just me.

    Hi Christoph, where did you get the fabric and foam for the custom seat?

    • @christophsimma4267
      @christophsimma4267  4 роки тому

      Hi, the fabric is genuine leather, but i would rather recommend leatherette, because it‘s more waterresistant. The sewing was selfmade. The foam is from a hardware store, so nothing special, depends on your taste on thickness and stifness :)

      Thank you! I used a soda blast machine. It's like grit blasting just with natriumcarbonat, better known as soda. It's more gentle to the surface and you make no damage

      There are a few popular songs which you can use, in your video, but you can't monetize the video then. They changed the copyright rules from one of the songs. That's why it was offline for a while and I needed to change it.
