The kid is Michael Jacobs's son, and they did this scene in just one take. The young Joshua wasn't supposed to say anything, just listen to Cory, but the little one was so cute and he fit right in...even said:"Topanga!" in the end. :3
There could never be another Cory and topanga on girl meets world, since it's been confirmed by Michael Jacobs, that girl meets world won't be as the same as boy meets world..
Fun fact: The actor that plays this kid actually appears in GMW in the final episode. At the ending scene at Topanga's restaurant, where they're all reunited talking about Topanga's job offer, there's one customer that walks and and Katy goes on to attend him; That's the actor that played Josh here.
Ahhhhh! This is so sad! Basically grew up with boy meets world! I'm so glad girl meets world has begun! The shows good but, I wish they would premiere it abc instead of Disney channel! But I still love it!!!
Yes.on abc they would make the show more realistic.if the show does move I want the actors to move with it as well so we can see them grow along with the show.
I wasn't even born when the show ended yet its my favorite show from watching reruns so..... DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN WATCH EVERY SINGLE FULL EPISODE!!!!!!!!!!!!!????
I just let the kids watch him and his brother Fred in The Little Monster's. Then I showed them this show and The Wonder Years. They are so amazed at how grown they got. It's funny how time flys. They are even older now.
Who ever played Cory's brother seriously in this scene got me teary eyed..Cory explaining life while he has this perious face and his one-worded responses and just smiling away...I love this show soo much
The little boy he's talking to here IS Cory's youngest brother Josh. In the last season his mom was pregnant and the baby nearly died in the hospital. You can see the clip on here if you look up Comforting Josh. he looks older in this clip because they just sped up his age like how they did in the Fresh Prince with Will's cousin Nicky. (it's the same actor who played a young neighbor of cory and topanga in a previous episode though).
Amanda Hunnicutt yep 12/5/2014. it will be a matthews family reunion (minus morgan and eric matthews) with Rider Strong who also wrote and directed the episode.
One of the last great shows on television. The show had heart. The show dealt with hard issues that a young boy named Cory would deal with and experience as he grew from a boy into a man.
Ok, two things, one, I’m pretty sure this scene made the writers decide that Cory would be not only a teacher, but a mentor. And two, Cory’s speech is probably the same thing I’ll say to my kid. And whoever’s cuttin the onions, I mean this in the nicest way possible, screw you man😂😭😭😭
Good show, but I think the last episode of boy meets world should've been called, Riley's birth, and the last scene should've been Cory holding baby Riley and giving the advice that he gave that little boy, and Eric should've came in and said, I have a nich, oh well, I'm going off to St.upid town, and he's in that ho bo costume, then Eric walks out of the hospital, Shawn comes in and says, heard the news, and Cory hands Riley to Shawn, and Shawn tells her what he told Corys little brother Josh when he was a baby, then Corys parents come in, Corys mom says, oh my granddaughter, and Shawn hands Riley to Corys Parents, and they feed him a bottle, then Morgan walks in and says, I'm a aunt, holds Riley, kisses her on the forehead, and leaves, them Mr.Feeny walks in and says, well done Mr. Matthews, and great job Mrs.Matthews, and then Corys parents hand Riley to Mr.Feeny, and he said, oh, little girl, good luck, and then walks out, and then Cory says, girl meets world, and then the credits come on and its over
Still makes me bawl like a little kid. I so remembering seeing the finale and trying figure out my on earth was this show ending. BMW you are and will always be the best thing in TV history. Point Blank.
i loved this show, i wish tv had more inspirational/funny/entertaining shows like these. when i graduate and get to the "real world" im gonna remember this
lol i laughed during that part. "now i get it" lol. yeah i remember watching this show when i was a little bit younger at my babysitters house every day because her older sons were watching it. now i still watch the reruns every saturday mornign on family channel.
The sadness was actually legitimately real. In the commentary they all said the sadness was not acting, it was everyone being bummed out that the show was ending. I mean, they did all work together on this show since they were like 12.
This is his little brother Josh and hes suppose to be 4 years old in this last scene. Remember when Amy gives birth to Josh and he's premature etc. and he had to stay in the hospital and then he makes it. he just didn't get alot of scenes but, this last one. He does get mentioned from time to time.
I love how anyone who grew up in the 90's was raised on this show...it was the show everyone could watch together and just get along-and we all related to it...Mr.Feeny was like the grandpa or teacher/principal/friend we wish we all had...and girls wished that they would marry their boy bff, and find their "cory"...i love this show--I still love it. I wish that something like it could come on the air....and to my dismay, I know nothing ever will.
It all makes sense now. Amy and Allan adopted that little boy corey and topanga met from the college couple dorms who said he could see dead people!!! Lmfao!!!
this was very insightful n true it was nice cory was telling his brother these things, seeing himself in him and i remember watching the finale n i was in 6th grade its amazing how much we change n remain the same
they used that boy as cory's brother because he is the show's executive producer michael jacobs' son, daniel jacobs! so that explains why he obviously got the part over any other child actor! it wuz cool how cory said the show's name, BOY MEETS WORLD.. i wuz waiting for that!
That kid was just born that season or possibly the season before. There's no way he should be that big yet. They had to take serious license, considering it was the last episode.
During the time that Rachel and Jack walk off-screen, you can see a hanging microphone at the top-center of the shot. That's not a criticism; it's just that when you've seen a scene a million times, you start to notice details like that lol
The kid is Michael Jacobs's son, and they did this scene in just one take. The young Joshua wasn't supposed to say anything, just listen to Cory, but the little one was so cute and he fit right in...even said:"Topanga!" in the end. :3
+Aleksandra Stojadinović how'd u find out about that?
Greyson'sPrincess97 Michael Jacobs said it on a comic con. :)
How old is his son now?
+Greyson'sPrincess97 probably in his late teens to maybe 20 years old at this point.
+Greyson'sPrincess97 19
"Boy meets world... Now I get it!"
Roll credits
Is that a CinemaSins reference.
***** saying the name of the show in the show. lol
Does that count as a fourth wall break?
CinemaSins!
Interesting. Hmmmmm
When Josh says: 'TUHPANGAH!' it's so freaking adorable
Cory: and maybe you'll meet a women as prefect as topanga
Me: MAYYYYAAAAA
+tori yo yeah
There could never be another Cory and topanga on girl meets world, since it's been confirmed by Michael Jacobs, that girl meets world won't be as the same as boy meets world..
Ellie Sky this is so me
YASS
@@fanaticmarco Seeing this comment now, I can confirm that you were right.

I literally just cried my eyes out. This was my childhood, and now I'm going on the same journey as them now.
Wow i swear i feel same way
I feel like just now going through most of this in my early 30’s and I grew up with this show
Aw me too. ♥️
the way he said Topanga was so cute
Hmmmmm. Hehehehe
As a young man I am ok to say that this scene always gets me to shed a tear.
Interesting. Hmmmmm
When Cory says "thank you" to Amy and Alan it shows that they raised him right
I came here for Joshaya
I hear its true. but they don't show "maybe you'll meet a woman as wonderful as Topanga" future episode maybe?
omg! that'd be awesome if they showed this.
They won't show this scene in girl meets goodbye...at all, the rumors about this scene being shown on girl meets goodbye is completely false...
***** But their completely thinking about a false scene that was never in the episode...
***** it's horrendous!!
"Maybe you'll meet a woman as wonderful as Topanga."
"Uncle Boing!"
I wasn't even born when the show ended yet its my favorite show from watching reruns so..... DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN WATCH EVERY SINGLE FULL EPISODE!!!!!!!!!!!!!????
On ABC family at 4:00pm to 6:00pm
Or you can download them from watch series it
Sharon Toon LOLOL this is too real
Dvds
On UA-cam , a person called Ben savage 😂
Man instead of Girl Meets World they should've used this kid growing up and make the story about that
OMG right?!
I would watch that
ANTBOND004 so, you basically wanted Boy Meets World 2.0? Boring. Please, don’t give up your day job.
@@anthonyshepherd265 Girl Meets World was awful so this wouldn't have made a difference
Eh compared to bmw it was but compared to other shows on Disney *now* it's not that bad
The good ole days ...
I just let the kids watch him and his brother Fred in The Little Monster's. Then I showed them this show and The Wonder Years. They are so amazed at how grown they got. It's funny how time flys. They are even older now.
Cory: and maybe you will meet a girl as wonderful as Topanga
Me: MAYA HART
The way josh said to panga

Will Freddle
Batman Beyond
Favorite: "Ready to go inside?"..."Topanga..!"...lol, toooooooooooooooo cute!
Josh left the hospital and they fast forwarded it a few years later
Cory Matthews: The Original Deadpool.
The little boy he's talking to here IS Cory's youngest brother Josh. In the last season his mom was pregnant and the baby nearly died in the hospital. Grown up is sad some times :(
so is Corey's "new" little brother going to be in GMW??
Cory's Little Brother Josh Is Going To Be In The Christmas One!
Amanda Hunnicutt yep 12/5/2014. it will be a matthews family reunion (minus morgan and eric matthews) with Rider Strong who also wrote and directed the episode.
Fast forward, the show ended with a family reunion showing the whole family including both actresses for Morgan. They also showed this scene.
Loool this boy looks lost 😂😂 so cute! Omg my heart x
One of the last great shows on television. The show had heart. The show dealt with hard issues that a young boy named Cory would deal with and experience as he grew from a boy into a man.

It's amazing how josh went through such an extreme growth spurt that season 😆
That moment when they say the name of the movie/tv show...
lol, "Now I get it" , wow, it's moments like this that make u want to laugh and cry at the same time.
Matthews, and great job Mrs.Matthews, and then Corys parents hand Riley to Mr.Feeny, and he said, oh, little girl, good luck, and then walks out, and then Cory says, girl meets world, and then the credits come on and its over
Riley was born three/four years after josh
***** oh that's right
Empress Kay Oh really
***** yeah
+Empress Kay 4 years. Josh is 3 years older than Maya and she's a year older than Riley
definitly raising my kids on boy meets world re-runs
Love when Josh says Topanga's name!! Reminds me of a young Cory! Cant wait for Girl Meets World!!!
Still makes me bawl like a little kid. I so remembering seeing the finale and trying figure out my on earth was this show ending. BMW you are and will always be the best thing in TV history. Point Blank.
aww baby joshh
This made me cry
"Boy Meets World.... NOW I get it"
Damn I love this show! I watch it everytime it's on. This was one of the best episodes. Cory and Topanga's wedding was a good episode too.
the little kid going "TOPANGA" really fast reminds me of when Cory always said, "TaPANGA!!"
god i remember when i first watched this a few years ago,i started crying...watching this show over the years and seeing it finally ending was sad
This makes no logical sense. If cory's little brother is a couple years older than Cory's daughter. She should already be born by now.
i loved this show, i wish tv had more inspirational/funny/entertaining shows like these. when i graduate and get to the "real world" im gonna remember this
as a senior in high school, I've been a little afraid of the real world, but hearing cory's advice really helps :)
lol i laughed during that part. "now i get it" lol. yeah i remember watching this show when i was a little bit younger at my babysitters house every day because her older sons were watching it. now i still watch the reruns every saturday mornign on family channel.
josh's topanga is me
I miss those memories
This always makes me cry. The last few shows were so sad. Now my eyes are filled to the brim
The sadness was actually legitimately real. In the commentary they all said the sadness was not acting, it was everyone being bummed out that the show was ending. I mean, they did all work together on this show since they were like 12.

I think Josh topanga is maya

Tapangaaaaaaaaaaaa
My fav show, it teaches about life and never give up
It all makes sense now. Amy and Allan adopted that little boy corey and topanga met from the college couple dorms who said he could see dead people!!! Lmfao!!!
Last episode of Boy Meets World
Last episode of Girl Meets World
i get all teary everytime i watch this particular scene...
boy meets world is like the tv equivalent of catcher in the rye
I like how this episode they had multiple tear joking moments. No series can pull that off like Boy Meets World did.
This scene makes me cry
One of my fav shows
I love this show. One of my favorites growing up.
baby uncle boing!!!!!!
he was the kid who said "i see dead people" when they first moved to their new apartment
I miss this show... I remember watching it pre-Disney channel, when it was on every Friday night!
this was very insightful n true
it was nice cory was telling his brother these things, seeing himself in him

"Did you call him?
"I called him, he'll be there."

He grown up from a boy to man I'm proud of him
I grew up with this show and i miss it sooooooooooooooooooo much
This one scene just summed up the entire show :)....There will never be another show like Boy Meets World...1993 - 2000, Best years of T.V.
Now I get it!
I love it, Joshua is the same kid who said "i see dead people" when Cory and Topanga arrive to their new room :)
I miss this show so much. I love it...
I wish they would still play this show, best show ever!!
luckly I have some episodes saved from when they played it back in 2006 on my tivo
Dat Boi Never Stop Smiling
Is he talkin to josh??
Conlan Moe yes

watched the reunion panel. Apparently they had another kid to be Josh, but he was out of control haha.
I miss this show soooo much!!!!!!!!

i really luv this show so freaking much its amazing
Re-watching this as an adult is really something. I appreciate it even more now.
