You can tell Cassie is still in pain over the loss of her mother, but it is heartwarming to see she still has Sonya there to comfort her. Even if its a younger version of her, especially during that last scene.

It is really good to see how much motherly Young Sonya (Lieutenant Blade) is towards Cassie at the last scene, even before actually becoming Cassie's mother. She clearly feels how much pain her future daughter is going through, and that she needs a hug so badly from her mother, i.e. Present Sonya (General Blade)... And Young Sonya rewards Cassie with that hug.
Ronda really needs to work on her voice acting. She has the sound to be Sonya, but she needs put life and emotion into it too.

My queen! I've always loved Sonya! Her and Chun-li are my heroes and even though they are fictional characters they were a part of my childhood. I saw such strength and power from them. When Sonya died not going to lie, I shed a tear. I like how her and Cassie get along now and I always welcome Sonya in any MK game. Side note Sonya still fine as hell and She still gonna put it on ya!

After making it through the game, I was shocked to find out Rousey voiced Sonya. I became quite fond of Sonya.

Well, she probably would have defeated Enhanced Sektor and Kano or held them off long enough for Johnny to get there. I also doubt she wouldve let her younger self become kidnapped. Lastly, she wouldve been part of the final battle, with her daughter and husband.
I cant stop laughing Liu Kang and Kung Lao's faces. They are like two friends whos just coming along for the ride.
18:19 The most powerful move in all of MK11 is the simple hug Lieutenant Sonya gives Cassie.
Family is precious, and even as MK3 Young Sonya, she possesses motherly instincts to protect her (future) family as she places herself in between them and mortal danger without a second thought. She proceeds to disarm and obliterate not one, but TWO Kano's at the same time using nothing but insane bare hand-to-hand combat skills!! She tops it off by demolishing an immortal and violently reminding him not to mess with her daughter. In the end though, the most powerful thing Sonya does that no one else in the world can is provide a grieving Cassie with solace and a mother's comforting touch...

Okay I was listening to this sonia and that one who redid her part. And I like this sonia more. Sure she isn't as sexy sounding as the other one. But I honestly think ronda shows more emotion. Voice acting is super hard and ronda did pretty good. Not enough to take me out of the experience.

I don't play MK games and I hate cutscenes in games but I been binge watching these from MK11. They're so good its like watching a movie in a way

Ronda Rousey has the potential to be a good voice actor but the thing is that she doesn't fit well for Sonya. Maybe for present Sonya and when past Sonya appears they give her a different voice actor.
The future Sonya it makes sense, due to her general position, and being mature and older. It kinda matches The dull, textbook delivery. The past version tho, not so much. She's still young, and has to sound more feisty with way more emotion than depicted here. She just gotta get coached on the minor details of her delivery, if she chooses to continue with the role.

If you think about it though, there’s no chance for younger Johnny and Sonya to make Cassie unless they play their relationship EXACTLY as it happened. I mean what if they try for a child earlier than the first time and they end up with a boy or something 🤷🏼♂️
Actually, Cassie was not supposed to be born. She herself was a result of the diverted timeline. Johnny and Sonya did not get together until after Shinnok's initial defeat in the alternate timeline. Furthermore, it would not have been possible, had the rest of the earthrealm warriors stayed alive, as Sonya and Johnny grew closer, as they fought in the Neatherrealm War.

She shot past Kano (affects immediate future, which is current self). Current Sonya died, which bears no effect on past Sonya. But she will die at some point in the future.

Mortal kombat is always shitty with voice acting and cutscenes,as many bullets that were shot at cassie should of killed her,this game isnt realistic in the slightest,just another hyped game that should of flopped
