- A simple fruit cream cupcakes for any occasion! So moist, fluffy, and delicious you'll make them every week! I'm also sharing with you how you can wrap and pack these cupcakes for selling. Hope you enjoy watching!

Ingredients ( makes around 7 cupcakes) :
55g (1/3 cup + 2 tsp) cake flour
40ml (2 tbsp + 2 tsp) cold milk
30ml (2 tbsp + 1/4 tsp) vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites (eggs with shell weight 52-60g each)
1/2 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
Bake in preheated at 130C for 50mins
Decorating:
Whipped Cream Frosting :
300ml cold whipping cream
30g powdered sugar (adjust sweetness if needed)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Fruits: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or any kind of fruits of your choice
Rosemary leaves or Mint leaves
Packing:
6 cm paper cupcake liners
6x6 inch Wax papers or Muffin liners
deep cupcake box
