What is the reason? Are the fields to big and not enough time?

Mostly moisture retention. Soil health and input costs are also big factors.

Да, вы правы, это no till технологии, но для Украины они не такие уж и новые. Когда я работал в Украине, то у меня был и есть знакомый фермер,который применяет данные технологии с 2010 года..
