Thank you so much for making this. I needed someone to make something like this.
Perfect - glad you enjoyed it! :)
Thanks for sharing valuable information.
Thanks Atchut, glad you enjoy the videos!
Is the winning bid the final amount you pay or is there other fees that get tacked on afterwards?
I don't see any additional fees beyond the bid amount in their buyer's guide: cosl.org/Home/Buyers
Had this issue today call the county tax accessor but you will owe any delinquent and 2022 taxes
Hey, sadly it doesn’t look like this years auction catalog has been published yet rn in 2024, when do u think it’ll be published?
Hello! We're checking several times each day at cosl.org for the 2024 lists - I wish we knew when the lists would be available, we're anxious too!
Hi Great video, what’s the monthly cost for the App after the 7 day free trial ?
Thanks! The current paid subscription options $45/mo or $400/yr - here's a link to view the plans: parcelfair.com/account/register
Do you have a promo code I can use? Thanks!

According to the website now, it says that redemption period ends at 4pm the day prior to the auction. Is this true?
Yes, that's what we seen on the website too. They've also recently removed the option for mail-in bidding, so always read the current rules when buying tax properties. With laws and rules changing it can be a moving target!
