how to factory reset everything?

Hi Isaac to reset to factory settings in the locked mode press and hold the up button for 5 seconds, the display will flash twice and the screen will display the time 00:00 which means the current time and feeding schedule have been reset (except the recording).

Hi, if you followed the steps exactly how I did it on this video, and you still can't get to set the clock you must have gotten a defective unit. Contact customer service for a replaceament.
