    Namaste, dadaji. You talk alot about neuroscience along with meditation and spirituality, iam also very intrested in neuroscience and psychology, but there is a sense that gets created after reading neuroscience books is that spirituality is nothing but brain activity, experiences and well being which emerges after meditation can be explained by science. This makes me feel sad and disconnected, that we are just a piece of science , god doesnt exists and all my faith and positive thinking was actually meaningless. So are we more than just our brain activity? Iam not able to digest or bridge neuroscience with spirituality. That is my question.

      we don't need neuroscience....I use it because some people are obsessed with " scientific view " . Meditation does not begin in the brain ;it is movement of CONSCIOUSNESS ( or SOUL ) outwards--towards physical body . It is CONSCIOUSNESS that flows into the brain and reshapes it.....neuroscience simply tells you what the reshaped brain looks like .

      @@AnandDwivedi369 Can our consciousness and the soul be differentiated or are they one? we can say that consciousness is an outcome of brain activity, that's why i was stuck. Because they will give you scientific explanation of everything about you including everything about the mind. Now what i take from your reply is that iam bigger or different than my consciousness because i can "direct" it to flow in different parts of my brain. It is consciousness that flows into the brain and reshapes it, but iam the one who directs this consciousness. Am i getting it right?

    गुरू जी जो आपने लूसीड ड्रीम के बारे मेँ वताएआ था वह प्रैक्टिस किया था और हुआ भी 15 दिन के अंदर हो गया होने के बाद जब पता चला कि सपना है एक जागरूकता आयी मुझे पूरे सरीर में महसूस हुई पर यह 20 seconds के भीतर ही हुआ क्या प्रैक्टिस से यह timing और भी बढ़ जाती है? मुझे बहुत ख़ुशी हुई जब उठा बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद गुरू जी🙏🙏

    why do most saints like jesus,osho,kabir faced bad conquences in real life assuming that they were enlightened & there was little or no karma left for them?
    Also the term morality seem to carry different meaning in spiritual world & material world.
    Kindly throw some light on this

      past life kermas have to be dealt with......morality is our interpretation..saints just live right.....this LIVING-- on the surface --is coloured by DES/KAL/PARASTHITI...

      take it lightly....as your meditation deepens your thinking will begin to relax... take care of these : CREATIVITY , VIGOROUS PHYSICAL EXERCISE , NATURAL FOOD ( DON'T EAT PROCESSED FOOD ), GRATITUDE , and SELFLESS SEWA
