From a very high meditative point, is it much easier to sync with inner and outer realms with the help of focusing on breathing rather than repeating a mantra or naam japa ? Or is it subjective to all people? I think focusing on breathing is the ultimate so called technique of being meditative. Breathing in silence is beyond japa also.
Pranam Guruji. I have a logical bent of mind and do not find any creative activity within me. I used to listen to songs when I was younger but now at age of 45 I don’t get amused by that, although I still listen to them sometimes. How do I be creative as it is good for meditative experience?
learn an instrument.....if you just play sa , re , ga , ma ...on harmonium and sing along with it as well....that alone will give you immense satisfaction
