Sir mera joining tha ek private company me, joining k 10 din pehle mera man khrb hone laga or mera khana chhoot gya. I find no meaning in life if i have to leave my home. Mene job join nhi ki or ab me ghar me betha hu, muje 2 mahine se depression tha, no eating or very less eating, lying on the bed all day, i lost 4kgs , i used to be a happy person with good physique and everything sorted. Abhi meri tabiyat me sudhaar h me khana kha leta hu lekin muje anxiety hoti h kabhi kabhi. Me ghar rehke bhi saant nhi ho paa rha hu. Me chahta hu ki mere pas job ho ya na ho muje stress na ho, sir bataiye me kya kru
