    I would so like to try this but I have so many myofascial pain areas but gripping the Fairy or a tool in my hand makes my muscle ;pain worse. (Had fibro amd MPS for 25+ years and am 55). Any tips for a tool where I don't have to use my hands/shoulders and neck muscles so much? Trying to find a good myofascial massage therapist is quite difficult

      Then maybe relaxation exercises are the better way to go. Especially if your nervous system is to "tuned up".
