I think that is not the best position for streching the levator scapulae. The woman should pull down her left shoulder to get more stretch in the levator.
I've been carrying some major tension in both my traps and neck since I took up weightlifting a few months ago, and while I've managed to tackle the former I could never quite get a good stretch on the latter until I tried this. Thank you so much!
