with the new version of advertiser verification, does the agency need to have the client create their own payments profile and submit the documents for themselves?
They want to upload a document ID or Passport. Is this for the person,who owns the company? I uploaded a passport,but google didn't accept it. Now,i'm trying with a national ID card.
After that DUNS Info page and filling in the Business info it says DUNS Verification failed as the client does not have one - there was no skip to next option which your video does not show to upload other documents. It's in an endless loop of Re-Start and then the Info page with the DUNS although it is optional - I give up!

The question,which company to verify: the company,through which she is paying the ads and which is the owner of the building and all the equipment or the other company,which is the owner of the dental title itself. Strange thing. Both companies are hers. I will try to put the company,which is paying for the ads and which is the owner of the building and the dental equipment. But i'm not sure.
If there are two different companies, then we'd create two different Google Ads accounts. From there, we'd verify each company separately in each account.

I can't get past the first step! Whilst DUNS is "optional" (and I don't have a duns number I'm in Australia) - when pressing submit I get a message "DUNS number not completed". So they state it's optional, then ask for it! Crazy!
They always rejected the Business Operation Verification and I am not sure why. Their answer is very generic although they accepted the initial verification and all papers are valid and clear. Do you have any suggestion? I was thinking of verify the account as personal, does it work?

Making sure you got the money for them to squeeze. If your doing yourself=trying to save money=limited budget=less income for google=don't recommend lol😂

Sorry I'm not familiar with the UK process for this if it's different than the USA. Haven't run into your scenario with any of our clients.
iv filled this out 8 times and still not verified. Im a sole trader and can only provide the info I have. Im completely out of ideas

Whatever you used to file your business with the government. That's what we used with no issues.

This is different than the green check mark. Verification is mandatory to prove business identity for Google's transparency efforts.

Only business EIN can do this verification? So I need to open a business LLC for example to be able to work with UA-cam?
Our demo was verifying our own account so we had to choose the business route. There should be a "verify yourself" option instead of business options.

We haven’t tried with a personal account. And we honestly haven’t had any issues with verifying any client account. What industry is your account?

It's all a result of the government cracking down on them. I'm sure Google didn't want to make advertisers jump through more hoops to give them money.
