    Did you have diagnosed rosacea? And what type or symptoms? Thank you! 🤩

    • @NazAxmed

      Hey! Yes, I was diagnosed with rosacea in 2016. And It came from nowhere. Back then I was also going through some mental health issues (Burn out and depression) and I think that what caused it. My face had a persistent redness in the central part. I also became very sensitive to the sun. Too long under the sun, my face would hurt so I started wearing sunscreen for the first time! And I literally, change all of my skincare products. At a certain point, I was only using ACV, aloe vera, oils and etc. Only 100% pure and natural products because my skin was reacting to EVERYTHING! With time it got better... I also believe that changing my diet REALLY HELPED ME! More than what I was putting on my skin. I will be filming a video about my new diet. hope this helps.

      @@NazAxmed I am so Happy for you. You did find your triggers and you have been capable of reversing rosacea and depression... I am so jelous! I am un a similar situation, I have rosacea since 2017 along with other health problems (depression and stress, too) and I am looking for a way to cure myself through diet and lifestyle changes, so I am glad you are going to do a video about it 🤗 I also have type 1 rosacea, with permanent redness and sun sensitivity. Also, I present flushing and a burning sensation where my rosacea. Did you experience that burning sensation too? It is the symptom i am the most aware of, it really hurts... Hope you did also experienced and have reversed it along with the redness and pain. I will very grateful if you could answer to me again. Love from Spain 🤩

      @@user-tx5dk5ku9z hey! Yes I was experiencing burning sensation everytime I would apply hash products on my skin and go under the sun. Also ive noticed that when it happened my menstruation cycle was completely off. I was getting my periods once every 3 or 4 months. So I knew it was due to a bigger problem. Today I know that it is my an hormonal imbalance and that my body was very inflamed due to the stress and the burnout. Thats why I had to make lots of research on hormonal imbalance and the foods that can cause inflammation in your body; Basically dairy, gluten and sugar. I also learned about a lot of different diets and nutrition. Right now I'm following a ketogenic diet which is very good to fight inflammation. And I also take care of my mental health. Hope my videos will help you! I really feel your pain...

      @@NazAxmed OMG! Same as me! My burning and flushing were their worst when I had amenorrhea (totally absence of period) for 9 months! It was due to a thyroid problem, malnourishment and extreme stress, I think... So I also have hormonal imbalances, so much stress and inflammation. And I am also doing a keto diet, in my case I only eat animal products (no plants) because some people has reversed autoimmune conditions and overall inflammation. Our experiences are really similar... Scary 🤣. Thank you so much. Waiting for your videos talking about all these! 🤩

    I have been doing the oil cleansing method for 10 years. I am almost 34 and people think i am still in my early 20s. I had terrible acne before, OCM cleared it up for me. castor oil did not agree with my skin, so i used grapeseed oil oil for almost 10 years. now that i am older i needed something more nourishing, so have recently switched to almond oil :) would love for you to make more videos on various oil types recommended for skin.
    thank you and I am a new subscriber after coming across your vids :)

      Thank you so much for your comment! Oil cleansing is truly a beauty secret that a lot of people ignore! And I love how you tried different oils before finding the one!

    You're absolutely right that what you put into your body is vitally important - but everything you put ON your skin goes into your bloodstream in about 5 minutes!
    I was not aware of this brand of products and found it interesting, but for the most part my preference is to make my own products so I know exactly what's going on my skin and so that I can adjust the ingredients to suit my skin. I don't agree about Cetaphil cleanser though - it may seem better than other products because it has fewer ingredients than others, but it's still just a chemical cocktail and contains preservatives. I would strongly suggest sticking to oil cleansing. Thanks for the information and sharing your routine - much appreciated! :-)

    Great channel! I have rosacea, sensitive skin and acne! It makes skin care very tough, I have had to forego makeup and sunscreen. I will try oil cleanse in a small part of my face to see how it responds. Almost everything has made me either have a rash or an acne breakout. I look forward to seeing your tips!

    From what I know glycolic acid is not recommended for rosacea skin. And we're not supposed to use more than one skin peeling ingredient at a time (any acids like glycolic, salycilic, vit c, retinol have to be used one at a time on alternating nights)

    • @NazAxmed
      @NazAxmed  4 роки тому +1

      Its very important to read the labels. Theres only 10% glycolic acid in the toner. The Ordinary really tells you what other product of their line you can mix with what. And it only helped my skin personally. In this video I am sharing MY skincare. Everyone is different. And retinol is a type of vitamin A that your skin naturally produce. Other than glycolic acid the rest are not considered peeling solution.

    I'm so grateful for such an informative video. Thank you! I just got diagnosed with rosacea and have gone from clear skin to inflamed, bumpy skin. I can't tell you how much hope your story gives me! But I am nervous to try the oil cleansing method, my skin currently has hundreds of under-the-skin bumps and I'm pretty acne prone. Castor oil seems so heavy. Would you still recommend this combo for my skin? Thank you in advance!

    U have rosacea? Redness? Just like me! But...my face is also oily. How is the oil gonna work on my oily face?

    • @NazAxmed
      @NazAxmed  5 років тому +1

      Hi! You should definitely give it a shot! The oil cleaning method works for all types of skin. Usually, if your skin is oily it means that you use products that dry out your skin. And when you dry your skin, your brain will think that it has to produce more sebum... So your face will be more oily. Make sure to buy natural, pure and cold-pressed oils. I did leave the ones I use in the description box. You should also change your diet. I will publish a video about my diet next weekend. Hope this helps

    Salam aleikoum, j'aimerai que tu mettent un sous titré français de c'est que tu dis, perso moi j'ai aucun problème concernant l'anglais mais ma société djiboutienne elles préfèrent et comprennent mieux le français avant toute autre choses et puis si tu parlais la langue somalienne serai ce pour toi un bon début et tu gagneras des abonnés. Une dernière chose, les produits tu utilises elles sont intéressantes mais faut que t'as Insha Allah une boutique au pays pour que tout le monde profites. Bonne chance

      Salam houno! merci pour ton commentaire. Beaucoup de gens me disent la même chose. Et je comprend totalement pourquoi cette suggestions est si récurente. Ma raison est que j'essaye de joindre le plus de personne possible. Et dans le monde beaucoup plus de personne parle anglais... De plus, beaucoup plus de francophone comprennent l'anglais que l'inverse. L'autre chose est que je fais déjà des lives en francais sur ma page FB. Et j'essaye de séparer mes plateformes afin de joindre le plus de personnes possible. UA-cam est pour le public en générale. Et FB plus pour les djiboutien. Insha Allah, j'espère que sa répond à tes préoccupations houno.
