*공이 굴러가는 거리는 through stroke length 에는 비례성이 있지만, backstroke length 에서는 그렇지 않다
< 3 putting을 안 하는 4 tips >
(1) 백스트로크 길이와 쓰루스트로크 길이의 비율을 1 : 1.5 로 하여 스윙한다.
(일정한도내에서는 비례성이 있지만, 정비례하는 것은 아니다)
(2) 공 ~ 홀컵 까지 걸어보면서 발/눈/몸으로 높낮이, 경사, 굴곡, 그린이 단단한 정도, 보폭의 수량(거리) 등의 정보를 수집한다
(무의식적인 두뇌작용의 도움을 받아서 그린을 읽는 과정)
(3) 공이 홀컵으로 굴러가는 장면을 상상하며 머리 속에 시각화한다 (실제 걸리는 시간으로 realistic 하게 시각화한다)
(볼이 홀컵까지 굴러가는데 실제로 7초가 걸렸다면, 머리속의 시각화과정에서도 7초동안 시각화한다)
(break가 있으면 브레이크도 시각화 하고, curve 가 있으면 커브도 시각화 함)
(가급적 realistic 한 visual rehearsal 을 해본다)
(4) 연습 스트로우크를 해볼 때, 최대한으로 realistic 하게 해볼 것.
