    Thanks for this confirmation …
Although I’m still not sure how I’m going to get what my body needs for optimal health, after being vegan for seven years my body started shutting down and I endured losing most my hair, then finally turning to animal products in this past year has definitely revived my physical body, but indeed my internal conflict has been heavier. My spirit is definitely more important. I trust I’ll find the fine balance without eating dead food. Deep thanks🦋

The benefit of being vegetarian is long term.. not one year two years or five years.. but when you are old.. its fascinating to see whole life vegetarian people in their 60s to 100s being veg.

What if the story (books and history) is wrong to begging with? Yes, it’s wrong how society has monetized the industry but we were all born with a purpose. I would say follow your heart and whatever your individual needs are. Maybe try to stop pushing agendas from whichever side you stand. Let each individual travel their own journey

Well we know Yahshua or “Jesus” wasn’t white with straight hair but black/brown skin, dreadlocks(Nazarene) and hair like wool.

Everything you eat was once alive except fruit. If you're a frutarian that's one thing, but other than that, you're being hypocritical by just saving animals. Plants are alive too. There's evidence they can feel and communicate as well. Life feeds on life. Period. Mabye the creation is flawed. And the creator.

wheres the evidence plants suffer ? humans and animals are made of the same stuff blood skin hair flesh and same organs fear serves a purpose a plant cant move so having fear and a fight or flight response would be useless

Everything is alive, but we still trim the grass, cut flowers, take off the leaves that don’t look too good. I do not think this can be compared with calves being taking away from the mothers, chained up in order to starve them from iron etc and get nice white veal; and all the horrors that go in a slaughterhouse which everyone should see. We still need to feed our bodies at this moment but surely despite trying to respect all live we can see that some actions cause others a lot of suffering.
It is not easy for everyone to become vegan, so no judgment here, but the road to transformation is not always easy
Clearly there is a reason why primary schools go in nature tripa picking flowers; and do not go to a slaughterhouse for a day out

Everything can be considered "living" even a table or a chair. But everything has its own level of aliveness and consciousness, and not all things have the same nervous system. Some creatures have a more advance consciousness and a more complex nervous system than others. Would you feel the same if you step your feet in the grass, and if you step into a puppy and hurt the animal? Both are "alive", but its clearly not the same.

Also another way to think about it is fruit, veggies, seeds and nuts are a primary way for the body to get nutrition right from the source. Fruit just falls off trees - it’s almost like the earth is telling us to eat it.
Consume flesh and you get your nutrients from a secondary and tertiary source.
Again no judgement here. Just stating some things that worked for me to stop consuming flesh.
