I also had the 945, thought it was a great wing together with the 425 super stable but also a bit slow. Now bought a Kraken set Razor 975, but what a speed & glide this has. 😉 What I still wanted to ask, how strong is the deck and rails on the Super K, no heel dents under the pad yet?
@@XiaomiMI5Tab yeah but he's trying to get on foil with a 4.5m, for example I am 86kg, Fanatic Style 85lt 5'1", Spitfire 900 and with an 8m strike I am up in 8knts, it's all about the correct combination.
Nice board, my mates got one and swears by it, for me your mast looks very short, I went from a 82cm to a 90cm, gives me tht extra bit of time through my gybes and also were I wing we have a lot of wind chop so just takes that out of the equation without constant pitch control worries. Might look into the new F-Ones ML boards. But I know yours is super, super light, I think under 6kg?
Hi @wildhogget69 your mate has good taste. They are so nice. Best board for me and my winging I think. I get what you are saying about the mast. I do go off some shallow spots but I am planning on getting a slighlty longer mast at some point. I think I'll go 85cm... The board is under 6kg, but probably not with footstraps. The narrowness makes it feel really responsive and light too.
You have got a very good point. I wish I had loads of money 😆 for more foils. I have tried some bigger foils but I just love the feel of my 945. I tried an AK nomad 135, that thing was so floaty and still loads of fun on lumps. What's your favourite board @alfonso_111 ?
@@markyboyclark Hi Mark ! Just a feedback about foils : i ve tested every single front wing from Sabfoil, and i can give you this advice for light wind : give the Razor 980 a chance instead of the 945. I was very surprised to fly in light wind for my weight (110kg + AFS Blackbird 6'4).
Nice video Mark! 🙂

Great. :-) Do you think the Super K would be (as secondary usage) also work for flat water paddle up?
Yes, absolutely.
People do use it for that.
Your weight ?
95? It's undersized for 10 knots
92kg, wet will be more.

Nice board, would pair well with a dragonfly surf :)
Yeah I thought that! 😋

Maybe you just need a bigger foil if you want to get going in super light conditions? Or just pump harder ;)
