Thanks to both of you for your wisdom, guidance and camaraderie to help us navigate through menopause and post-menopause. Learning how we can better communicate with our doctors to get the treatment we need, and giving us a checklist that we can use to work with them, or find a new doctor in my case (my wonderful OB/GYN moved out of state ☹️) is the best gift! I will do my part to spread the word on both of you and how you’re improving women’s lives!
I can't stop listening to you, it's so interesting to hear all this and have access to your knowlegde. I've always wanted to believe I have control over my body and that I don't have be a victim to menopause. I'm 50, not sure when I should start using hormone therapy. Will keep on listening to your videos before visiting a doctor.
Wow! I went thru menopause and 43. Now 63. Have suffered with many things and not one doctor gave me answers. At age 57 a functional neurologist was the only one and I still see him to this day. I have a 90 year old hip DESPITE always weight lifting since my early teens.
Loved this episode. Two amazing women educating us. I just found you Dr Wright aftr watching your episode with Penny. Loved that too. What calcium mg amount do you recommend for a 53 y/o woman? Thank you :)
