I havent seen the entire podcast yet, but i want to mention that our ultraprocessed food not only has pesticides / additives but pharmacological doses of added sugar. Table sugar is a combination of glucose and fructose. The fructose molecule is addictive ( see podcasts by Dr. Rick Johnson and Dr Robert Lustig). Its normal to want to eat more of things that are sweet so we can put the nweight so we can survive winter when I n the PAST food was scarce. But in the present cheap highly addictive calorie laden food is easily available in most ( not all) of the United States and has triggered an epidemic of diabetes and obesity.

As Dr. Casey Means said, in the case of CHRONIC illness ,trust yourself( not your doctor). If you have an acute, lifethreatening problem then trust your doctor. ( I should add that women often are not believed , so if you are having chest pain and shortness of breath make sure a good doctor works you up.)

Good for you , Dr. Wright for getting your mom back on life saving hormone replacement. Also, recent research by Dr. Lisa Mosconi indicates that the window of opportunity for starting hormone replacement is wider than we think. She found that even at age 65 women have estrogen receptors in the brain. So the estrogen receptors don't automatically shut down at menopause.

3:42 thought he was doing that to quiet you lol. when Peter entered would have been nice to keep his name and title listed. hard to see his name in black lettering. if the shot with you 2 walking on ice included your feet work would have been less weird, and the last scene without showing his foot work, walking backwards can make viewers dizzy if they have vertigo/motion sickness. just some suggestions. understood this was 12 years ago.
