Oh yeah there's been a recall on every new Sig product since P320 . Sig known Recalls Guns. P320 , MCX , MPX , P365 , P365XL , and Cross. Some of these have had multiple recalls .
I have the 308 serial 15x.... like it very much so far. Bummer I have to send it back but I know they will make it right.... The stock locks OPEN tight for me... closed, not so much. Also wish the mag release was larger and more “positive”. Other than that, pretty happy. I started a Sig Cross group on Face Bag recently if owners want to get together.
After purchasing a Cross rifle in 308 caliber I was some what disappointed with It's accuracy. I think the design concept is great as far is weight is concerned along with the ability of the folding stock however for use in competition don't bother. If your expecting a one ragged hole at a hundred yards, you'll need a hole puncher to do it. I Found a new home for mine and not looking back.
It sounds like its a pretty windy day there . I think you should choose better ammo and maybe shoot on a day not as windy . I just got my Sig cross in 6.5 and it shot a 1/2 inch clover leaf group at 100 yards with 140 grain Hornady match ammo and I am not even finished with the barrel break in yet . Also these rifles have a 1/8th twist rate so the 150 grain bullet is kinda pushing it . from what I have read that twist rate is better for 120 to 140 grain bullets . I had a Bergara before and sold it to get the Sig cross . I absolutely love mine . Its the most accurate rifle I have ever fired .
My 6.5 shoots .7-.8 size groups at 100 yards with 131 grain s&b sp ammo, does not like the heavy stuff. I don’t belying break in barrel I just shoot it and clean it when I’m done and I’m not a good shot either.
@@spetsnaz85 I own a Bergara Premier HMR 6.5 and a sig cross 308. Two totally different guns imho. The sig is short light weight and handy. Hmr is long heavy and bulky for a hunting rifle. The Bergara will out shoot the cross absolutely but too me it’s a totally different platform. If you want a Bergara hunting rifle check out the highlander premier. I have one of those in 300 win mag and it’s a true hunting rig.
Hello gentleman I want to ask you a question. I have a Sig Sauer Cross 6.5 Crededmoor, I would like to have 2 calibers in the same rifle, 6.5 and the 308, changing the barrel. It is possible that the Sig Sauer Cross is MULTICALIBER THANK YOU.
Ive had several of the cross rifles, i have had zero luck accuracy wise with any of them in 6.5cm. Love everything else about the cross

I was thinking about getting 16" 277 Fury . Seems like a pretty awesome round in compact package .
Cant wait to get one when they come back in stock. Getting one in 6.5 tho I think.
Understand. I have been lucky. My son and I both have it. So far no problems. But I guess since I hit them in June I have the new models.
Good luck
It is reported with safety issue recall.
Wanna see the bolt stripping, I like the bolt handle design.
Still waiting to be contacted on how to return. It’s been registered via the recall link.
It will be interesting to see how efficiently SIG will be able implement the recall.
Sent mine back 2 weeks ago. Got it back today. They're sending boxes with return labels, in the order you registered it.

Off the shelf ammo will always be iffy. If you reload your rounds, that's where it really shines. Easily sub moa at 500 yards
thx first, i tried same ammo on my sig cross 308 and the best i only get 0.6MOA at hundred meters .

Would you say its worth the cost over a bergara HMR? Im stuck deciding between both for a all purpose rifle. Bergara has the edge on price.

@@spetsnaz85 hmr is a excellent choice and consistent with a lot more ammo weights as I own one. I like cross for being so compact.

THANK YOU.
You bought that to shoot at 100 yards ?
Nice video! What jacket is that?
I like my Cross. Have used a sling with it?
You can't run an AR style safety? LOL, stopped watching at that point.
Cheap scope and cheap ammo
You are a silly little Troll.
