Our church put on an egg hunt for my neighborhood. We had about 33,000 eggs. :) I stuffed 2000 of them. It was crazy nuts! The YMCA runs our ranch house in the 'hood and the asked our church to do two other neighborhoods next year as well as ours. It was a ton of fun!!

you guys and your kids are so awesome. I was at an egg hunt with my 5 year old and my friend's 6 year old. The first age group was 0-3 and those kids were filling up their baskets and with parent's encouragement started taking the eggs from the 4-6 year old area. So little kids 3 and under had over flowing buckets, where our kids had about a dozen and my friend's 10 year old got 5. Your kids were so grateful for their couple of eggs.

You know I've been subscribed to you since you were struggling to conceive at all, and now two boys later and trying for another, your family still amazes me. All you did was have fun and enjoy family life. You did fun activities with the kids, and just had a beautifully wonderful time. I feel so blessed to witness it. It's so fun with the different easter traditions! In my family we boil the eggs, draw something on them and then afterwards we throw them down a hill until they crack and then we eat it 😂🐥 Happy Easter 🌱
Jared, my friends have this tradition every year that's kind of like your paint eggs but a little different. We hollow them out and put confetti inside and then have a confetti fight! It's really fun :)

I thought you were making cascarones at first. They're a Mexican tradition for Easter. Same idea except there's paper confetti inside. You crack them over someone's head and they get covered in confetti. So much fun. Your idea looks really fun too!
That was such a creative idea! After you throw the eggs you could take a straight edge and scrape the paint around for a marble swirl-like affect! Or you can stuff the hole with white tissue paper so you don't know the color until you throw it!
